I have always been a fan of Cold Stone, but this location is truly horrible. I have never experience this level of rude customer service. While waiting in line with multiple people, the young lady behind the counter ignored us while giving her boyfriend and his friends free ice cream. By the time someone else from the back showed up we had already been waiting a long time watching the original worker blatantly ignore us. We asked to order one of their new iced drinks, but of course, they were out of ice. After that I asked for a make your own shake with the Cheesecake ice cream and cherries. Only 4 little cherries were used to make their largest shake size. Bad customer service and preparation at this location. Ill definitely be avoiding Cold Stone all together moving forward.
