I bought furniture from this place and half of t broke with in 3 months. I then was downsizing so i decided to sell them my extra furniture. they said they were going to buy it for like $400. I let them come pick it up and when i went to collect my money they said they didnt owe me anything. I talk to anne, miriam, and the owner Gary and no one could give me a direct answer. eventually i was told that nobody works for free so i was charged a dismantling fee of 550 and i was lucky they didnt come after me for the rest. Finally i took them to small claims and they settled before court. They gave me $1200 just to not garnish thier name. If you have any problems with them just take them to small claims and they will roll over. I know that they do this all the time. The owner is a jerk who thinks he can bully people.

Our company recently moved its operations to a new facility in the Indland Empire. We contacted Office Furniture Outlet for the purchase of our new furniture, not only did we buy all our furniture there but they came and purchased the existing furniture we did not relocate. We spent in excess of $84,000 dollars and were given a credit of $9300 towards our new purchase, this enabled us to buy larger flat screen monitors for our staff with the budgeted savings. We bought new and used and even shipped some furniture to our Atlanta operation. Great place, good people,with a can do attitude.

We purchased a series of new furniture for our Engineering Dept upgrade. They required a 50% and 75% deposit on 2 seperate purchases we made. We gave them the cash and then they delivered the wrong color and tried to get us to take it. When we did not accept the delivery, they have yet to pay us back our deposit. Seems everyone in the company is always out of office and unable to assist us. It has been nearly 2 months and I am out of my cash. Dont shop here if you are on a budget and cant afford for them to make a mistake! You will be sorry!

This place has an amazing selection and great customer service. Also, the prices are better than anywhere. We purchased a Steelcase chair for a ridiculously low price and couldnt be happier.

Their sales people are awful, most of the furniture looks worthless, all scratched up and some of it broken, and their prices are ridiculous. I will not be coming back here
