I called this place to see if they had Quick Fix. The guy that answered was like, "Yeah bro we got that." Then I asked if it was new or if it had been sitting for a while and he said, "No bro its all new stuff." Now Ive hated this place ever since they started the tip jar (not sure if they still have it). After this phone call I decided to give them another shot. Mostly because my other favorite stores didnt carry the specific brand I wanted. I had done a lot of research. I go into the store, talk to the guy and ask, "Do you still have Quick Fix?" (next day). The guy replied, "Yeah bro. Its our best seller, check it out." He proceeded to show me the bottle I expected to see which I thought was some kind of open box demo. I made the purchase and left the store. What he really sold me was a completely different product which looked the same but was not, and it was named something completely different than Quick Fix. It turns out the box could be as old as 2005. I spent $40 I will never get back because it was already opened. Not just the box but the product (thanks for the demo). I hate this place. Why would you sell me a completely different product than I asked for and lie to me about it the whole time? Yes, I should have looked at it before he put it in the bag. Sometimes you trust businesses...

Every time Ive been on here, Ive always got GREAT customer service!!! Everyone that Ive come across that works here, is more than happy to answer questions, they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always happy to give you a good deal on what youre buying. Im always happy with my purchase when I leave!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you manar for making sure I left happy with my purchase!!! He was also very good with taking care of the customers that were already theres when I arrived. Like I said outstanding customer service!!!

This twisted is a great place to get juice many others dont carry, least not that Ive came across. However I am giving it 2 stars for two reasons. 1)I recently purchased a new take from this shop went back in 4 DAYS!! later and tried to get a coil and was told sorry I dont carry coils for those and tried to sell me a different tank. 2) If your going to shop here bring cash the owner charges you more (PER ITEAM) if you use any other form of payment. Bought my vape pen here when I started vaping and he charged me $30 more because I used my debit card.

I went to the cone on old auburn for an item they said that the other location had it and if I zipped over there they would have it get there they didnt the whole thing but if I drove BACK over to the other one would have the battery to make the rig work I needed so I then drove back over to the other one when I got there they didnt have the proper battery there that I asked them to make sure they had and both people said they had it.... this has been a 3 month process to try to get the whole item together and nothing came of it

Product is fine, but they couldnt care less about actually making a recommendation. Calling to check if they had a product, the guy didnt even know what I was referencing when I asked if they had a pen. I walk in and hes either high or doesnt care, staring off into space while Im trying to figure out where everything is since Ive never been here before. Only slightly salty, I expect better customer service from a family establishment than the Walgreens right next to it.
