Sys is a good value old school donut shop. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is good. They also have donut holes with sprinkles, which is great for the little ones. Its got a small seating area, and a good beverage selection as well. Their hours are early riser friendly and Ive never had an issue with the freshness of any of their donuts. The proprietor and his wife are attentive if not overly chatty. This is our go-to local donut shop on weekends and will continue to be.

Lets just say customer service was horrible! I said "hello" as we walked in, no response from the person behind the counter. Very sad it was my first and last time. Also when I asked for box since I was getting a dozen donuts his attitude was very rude. I love to support our local businesses, but respect and common curiosity goes both ways.

Love the donuts. They are supplied by Bakemark, by far the best ingredients. Does ma & PA have the best customer service... No. But, once you see them consistently, they open up. And their coffee is great!
