We went to get startbucks on Elverta Rd by Winco. So we ordered two caramel frappoccino with extra extra extra extra caramel. Me and my sister love it. So when we drove to the window this guy was pretending like dont see me and it took him like 5 min to take our payment. So then he gave is this coffee. I cant even call it caramel frappoccino thats how watery it was. And then he was like oh sorry we out of caramel. I was like WTF? Why he didnt tell us in first place that iu guys were out of it. Seems like they just forgot to added to our drink. This place always giving me a hard time. I hate them so much. I should just turn around and talked to their management.

Normally, I would have good things to say about Starbucks however, this outrageous thing that occurred yesterday has me writing today. Scott needs a refresher course in customer service and he needs it ASAP. How dare you tell a person, a child for that matter, that they will get diabetes because they care for a few extra pumps of raspberry in their tea. Keep your judgemental opinions to yourself. Your job to to take orders, write them correctly on the cup, take money, and tell the consumer to have a great day, on occasions I am sure you make drinks however Sunday was NOT your day to be a pediatrician nor a family doctor. Corporate will be contacted.

came july 31st 2010 near closing time. the two female employees felt uncompassionate and slightly resentful of the customers (me) at closing time. I dunno if they were reacting to the strange crowd or they were displeased of my lack of awareness regarding the 10PM closing time, or generally displeased with having to work at starbucks, but a lack of kindness was clearly apparent. I liked seeing all of the other people around, though. Not a good spot for getting work done with the small indoor tables. Ill stick to being a patron of other less conveniently located stores for now.

This store has become the worst Starbucks in California. Horrible customer service on April 7, 2016. The simple Pike Place coffee does not taste right and is never hot enough. The only Starbucks in the world that does not have the wood stir sticks out for the customers to use! No sugar in the raw, unless you ask! The women here are so lazy, they cant be bothered to have half and half in a karaffe. The garbage is always overflowing. The bathroom is locked at all times. There used to be patio furniture. Now this store is crappy.

Starbucks is one of my most favorite establishments on the planet :-) Ive lived in this area for 3 years and do my absolute best to avoid this particular Starbucks. Slow rude and occasionally my order is correct. I mean a Trenta black iced tea with 3 Splenda shouldnt take rocket science to create. So grateful a new facility is being built right off of Interstate 80 and Elkhorn and the new facility on Elkhorn and Watt is 110 times better than this facility no exaggeration there.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now, because its extremely close to where I live. The only problem is how they make their white mocha frapp. The first time I tried it at this location was okay, but after awhile it went downhill. The staff seemed so rush, they leave chunks of ice behind in your drinks. The rest of the drinks are fine, not the best but theyre okay. The staff had no passion in making the drinks. Im going to a different Starbucks location from now on.

I called in to let them know that the app order I placed wasnt going to be picked up. My boss called me in and I was unable to picked it, I told her to just toss it. Without skipping a beat she offered to remake it whenever I had a chance to swing back by! This Small gesture made my day and I picked it up the next morning before I started work and that made another great day! Thank you Kimmy for making my day TWICE and offering to go out of your way! !

Love love love this Starbucks!!! Staff is super friendly! No bad attitudes here! They did not discriminate against me for any reason, they did not kick me out for dancing, picking a wedgie, and changing sports clothes. They are very tolerant here of others and Im sooooo happy we get a new manager here, Alina sucked! Thank you Starbucks for your awesomeness!!! I rate this store 14 out of 10 Stars in my book! Love Mrs. Ivanov.

Doesnt surprise me their ratings are low!!! I try not to come here because theyre terribly slow & not that friendly! Today I take my daughter after church for a unicorn frappe & theyre out! Happens, I get it... But the sign was at the order window where you cant get out...with cars behind you! Maybe.. Just maybe Starbucks you could put a sign out where people see it & dont sit in line for 15 minutes for nothing

Some times there better than others . But I hate when I ask for sugar free as my mother cannot digest alot of sugar t Nd will become extremely sick and I get her coffee and gets sick from it ..Or .Y sister who breaks Im gives when she drinks caffeine and we ask for decafe ND then breaks out in hives because they didnt pay close enough attention . But most of the time they are pretty good . Id say 7 of 10 times

I arrived at the drive thru at 4:59A today, waited til 5:06A and left with no coffee because no employees asked what I wanted through the speaker. Nor was there anyone that I could see was working as I was driving away. So I settled for a am/pm coffee that was open with employees ready to check me out, the coffee was actually pretty good & saved me $4 in the end.

Everything about this place is slow and below par. The most disappointing was the Internet. Spent $4 on a drink so I could use their WiFi and its absolutely horrible. The staff never smiles and I heard one employee complaining about another after she left. Not something you should let customers hear. Waste of time and money, will not be coming back.

Woooow Im really disappointed! I always go to this Starbuck mostly cuz its like 3 min away from home and I loved its nice workers, but today was different! I went to the drive thru and bad customer service. I dont care if you dont say hi, thankyou, you welcome to me but other customers do! I just dont go back to a place like that!

Slooooooooooooowest starbucks EVER. Had at least 3 workers, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Took over 1/2 an hour. Last time I go to my "neighborhood starbucks." I could have gone to the one by super walmart, or by McClellan AFB, gotten my coffee, and made it back home in the time it took these workers to make my coffee

Saturday 3pm. Dirty: trash cans overflowing, restrooms trash EVERYWHERE, toilet paper out. Rude: No smile, bad attitude with customers, but so very cheerful with fellow coworkers. Like theyd rather hang out and be besties instead of serve customers. Worst Starbucks Ive been to and I must have patronized 100 by now.
