Im hereby never shopping at a Dollar General franchise again. I go to refund an ice chest with receipt in hand and was denied service. Said that the item needs to be defective not just because I need my money back see, Wal-Mart never disrespect or downgrades their customers. What happened to the customer is always right? I guess my money is no good at Dollar General trademarks good to know early on so I dont make the same mistake twice.
