They do not answer their phone for over 45 minutes. I had to go all the way over there to find out why my package was not delivered. They shipped it out regular mail instead of U.P.S.!! I could have gone to the post office around the corner from my house if I wanted it shipped regular mail ! Now a very priceless piece of art, pastel portrait of a family that took months to create is out there and could be anywhere! It was too big to fit in a mailbox! What were they thinking! The lady that took my package was very impatient and seemed only eager to help the next person in line. As she went to the next person a stepped aside and had to interrupt to ask how long my package would take to get to its destination. It has been two days after my last review and I Have to say I am changing my one star to a four star. I will explain; The package turned up in my mail box and it looked a little dinged up it slightly bent on three corners and there was no postage on it any where. I was just relieved to see that it was not lost or totally destroyed. I took it back to the original UPS store to find out what happened. The lady(Same lady as before) explained that they have a new mail carrier and that it was most likely picked up before postage was placed on it and she was very sorry. She handled it carefully and she could see that I was upset. She took the time to carefully look over my package and saw that it was bent on the edges even after they put the "do not bend" stamp on it. She offered to put my package in a bigger box to protect it better. She also put it through UPS taking off what I paid already and gave me a discount for my trouble. She then told me when it would arrive and gave me my tracking number. People started coming through the door while she was helping me and Malinda still took the time to make it right. For that I give them four stars.

I had a very fragile ceramic item that I needed to ship for a Christmas gift. I had no box or packing materials whatsoever, so I relied on their experience to get the item packaged well enough that it wouldnt break in transit. When I went in, I told the lady who helped me that the item was fragile. She handled it like it was a newborn baby! Seriously, she was very careful with it, and even put a "fragile" label on it so there was no confusion about the contents. After I paid for shipping, I was sort of expecting that they would package it in front of me, but she said that I didnt have to wait and they would take care of it for me. I was a little nervous to leave it there unpackaged, but I did anyway. I spoke to the recipient of the gift on Christmas Day, and they said that it arrived in one piece with no damage whatsoever. If you have anything fragile, delicate, or otherwise needs to be handled with care, you can trust that they will get your item packaged well.

I went to this store to send a letter using my UPS account number and the young guy told me "I couldnt use my account there"...Yet, later in the day my husband went in and they took it. He just didnt want to mess with it at the time. This was the same individual that was very rude and acted like he was "put out" the time before I went in. There is another UPS Store on Bell and I will be using that one from now on!!

I use this store at least a few times a month for copies and sending faxes, etc. I was a frequent visitor during the holidays as well and I have had the most excellent service each and every time I go to this store. I never have to wait for more than a minute or 2 and the staff is always professional and friendly. The prices are good and I will use this store for all my copies, faxes and shipping!!

Well if you are a business person who relies on the use of a notary, then dont come here. Sometimes the notary is working and sometimes not and if you dont know to call ahead (I didnt) youll drive all the way over here to find out that the notary isnt in today. Very frustrating.
