My wife and I decided that it was time to paint the house last year. Our painting contractor strongly recommended that we use Dunn-Edwards paint as it is well formulated for the Arizona sun. We went to the store to pick out our colors, a main and an accent color. One of their paint advisors, a young lady named Kennedy, helped us. She was incredible patient in helping us to narrow down our options and then went outside with us several times as we looked at the colors in the sun. It took us about an hour to decide and she never rushed us. She was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. Our house looks fantastic and the paint is holding up well. I’ve been back to the store to buy a few cans of touch-up paint. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Based on the great product and professional staff, I highly recommend the Dunn-Edwards store at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale for your painting needs.

They get one star for having a nice store. Thats it. We waited in line 20 minutes, and no extra staff came out to help. A couple employees came up to the counter and acted like we didnt exist. The only reason we went there was to match some paint bought there by someone else. We ended up leaving. Came back Saturday morning early and had much better service. So Im revising to 3 star.

Today, I brought a 5 gallon can of used paint (left by former owner of my new home) to determine if I could use it. A very pleasant (and petite young woman) hefted the can and took it in the back for testing. She returned and said I had 2.5 gallons of usable paint and need not buy anything. She gave me some stirrers and some advice and sent me home...no charge. A great experience!

I have made many purchases at this location in the last year and have had great service. The products have also been superior so I would not consider going elsewhere. Today I placed another order, Bill helped me & faxed reciept as promised, very professional.

I felt very unfortunate with this store. They sold us exterior paint instead of interior even on the label was written as interior. We did not notice it till we took the paint home. Now we need to go back to the store.
