This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have been put on hold multiple times within the last hour and a half, when all I wanted was a copy of both my contact lense prescription and eyeglass prescription. I have spent the better half of my afternoon catering to 3 of the employees lack of efficiency non-diligence, and complete disregard for phone in customers time. I would advise new and/or returning customers to show up in person as they seem to be more focused on face to face interactions.

Its a nice place, customer service is good, everyone is nice but it takes waaay to long for the doctor to finally call you back.. With Appointment! Could be waiting for about an hour after your scheduled time so be prepared. Been comin here for couple years now

Be prepared to wait. I was told the eye exam would take between 25-35 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time. It took almost two hours to get out. Follow up, I was told, takes 5 minutes. Took over an hour and a half before I left.

The employees are always so nice and the doctor actually explains everything to you which is a huge bonus. Its hard to believe they are actually located inside a Walmart. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Come in as a walk-in, was seen right away. Staff was very friendly & courteous. I was pleasantly surprised be the exceptional service.

Poor staff help. Got my glasses and they had to remake the lenses. Been waiting the 2nd time now over 10 days. Never again!
