I went to this store with a friend because we were both going to get tattoos. No one bothered to acknowledge us coming in the store, and we were the only ones coming in. When we finally got someone to help us we were haggled in prices. A tiny butterfly without color is what my friend wanted. He traced her design which was sloppy and fatter than what she had and then told her itd be $115. She said thats way to high so he said "Ok fine ill go to $70" She told him she still felt that was too expensive for such a small tattoo (shes had previous ones as well done in different places) and he finally went down to $45, did it in 10 minutes. The comments left on here arent correct. When I told our experience at work everyone else said they have the same issues and go elsewhere. I got mine done at Tropical Tattoo and loved it and had outstanding service. The place isnt worth going to.

I have been going to kaoz for years for all my tattoos and piercings. Well about two months ago i decided i wanted another tattoo. I went into the shop and they said "were out of needles we will call you when they come in" so i gave them my name and number..I never head anything back. A few days later I went back into the shop and the tattoo artist said he was busy all day..There wasnt anyone in the shop having any work done. I left kind of flustered. A week later I went back into the shop and the artist said he was once again busy..I asked him when he comes into the shop so we could set up a day and time and he said he only comes in once a week..WHAT?! so needless to say I went elsewhere.

KAOZ is the place to go, Dustin is great, I came to him with a Polynesian tattoo (tribal like Dwayne "the rock" Johnsons) and this dude easily went from doing something hed never done before to doing it as if he was of Polynesian decent. The dude is a tattoo magical wizard. the pricing is great btw my tattoo originally was $600 but he brought it all the way down to $250 and thats for a half sleeve that went down to my upper fore arm. Only problem Id say is setting an appointment. but other than that this place is awesome I will always come here.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for Dustin. The tattoo I wanted, I received and it looks better than what I thought it would look like. It was my first tattoo and I was scared that he would be kinda sour because of it; I couldnt have been further from the truth. He walked me through what exactly to expect and made sure through the entire process I was okay and comfortable. Even though Im new to it, i will be returning to Dustin for any future pieces. Okay Ive been going to Kaoz for 3 years now and always have had a good experience with them and I went in tonight and a dude named Matt was there and I wanted a price for a tattoo acted like a jerk then my aunt had made a joke about the pipes there and said I can kick u out right now thats not allowed nobody else was in there and then I wanted the balls to my industrial piercing changed and the guy changes the bar too I NEVER said change it. So he was very disrespectful which is sad cuz Im done with them.

All I did was call, that ended my experience. The "artist " was an egotistical jerk. "To be honest, I really dont need any appointments right now, Im drawing a $1200 dollar sleeve, so do your own thing" Dude, newsflash, with what I spend on tats every week, your $1200 tat cant touch it. Do your thing. With a tat bedside manner like that I will never visit your shop, and I will let my friends who spend much cash on ink know about your rudeness. Holla!

I am visiting from Orlando and finally decided since Im in my hometown it was time to get a tattoo that was important and near and dear to my heart. From the time I walked in the experience was fantastic. Im a very nervous person and the crew made me feel at ease. Dustin was amazing and is a true artist, he knew what my tattoo stood for and couldnt be more respectful and made me feel even better about my choice to get it. Thanks to all. ❤️

Yesterday was my bday, the shop was suppose to close at 9pm, but I called and told the guy that I was in route, to the shop, they actually waited for me, I arrived at 9:43pm, and I promise the guy that did my piercing "Matt" was very professional, and had great customer service skills, he answered all my question I had for him about my piercing, I was very pleased with my service, and will definitely be back,

Worst place ever got my first nose piercing a few years back they were friendly then went yesterday to get the second one done and the guy with the bun said hm the first one is kinda high Im like well yall did it. So hes like well OK come on I tokd him I wanted him side by side to be evenly matched he never even took the time to measure it he just pireced now I have lopsided nose piercings!

I have gotten multiple tattoos and piercings here over the years. I have always been 100% satisfied and I recommend them to everyone. Dustin is the best artist Ive seen and the only artist Ill ever let tattoo me again, and he is extremely reasonable with pricing. Shop is very clean and organized and the staff treats you like youre a close friend. Amazing shop 10/10 would recommend. :)

Giving 4 stars because Matt did a very awesome job at changing out my jewelry. It was quite difficult so I was impressed. However I had my helix pierced by the other piercer and he done it with a 14g. I have struggled for 2 weeks to even get it to stop hurting. 14g was entirely to large for my ear . I have changed the jewelry and it has done so much better just in 2 days time.

Kaoz is my go to for piercings!! I would not go anywhere else, they are clean, friendly, and quick! I make sure all my friends get their piercings from Kaoz! Matt is the bomb diggity! Ive been pierced 5 different times at Kaoz and have brought three different friends to get pierced as well and we have never had one problem! KAOZ ROCKS

Way over priced, hardly any selection and seems like unless you go in waving cash or youre friends with them they dont pay you any attention. Place in hillcrest & grelot is WAY BETTER on selection, staff and prices. Do not waste your time at kaoz, any other place in mobile will treat you better

Got 2 nose piercings for $50, but when I called one time for a tongue ring a lady gone say $60, I can go anywhere else and get a tongue ring at $30-$35, I know I will not be going here to get anymore piercings if they gone charge that much. But the guy who did our nose piercings was sweet.
