Soooo upset!! Called the Sally Beauty Supply on 10th and Trenton to ask if they had a certain color of hair dye. I politely told the lady who answered why I was calling and she replied "Uhhh were closing already." I said "okay well Im just asking you a question" Oh and by the way they close at 8:30, I called at 8:10, either way, I was just calling to ask a question. Im not going to type out the entire conversation but she was SOOOO rude. I ended up calling back to ask for a manager in which she laughed at me and said she was unavailable and wouldnt be back for a week. I asked her if thats how she treats all her customers and she scoffed and passed the phone to someone else.. When I was talking to this other lady I could hear her in the background yelling "Ya dile que se calle!" (tell her to shut up) That was the final straw, so I ended up calling another Sallys and they told me that people complain about that one all the time but nothing ever gets done, so here I am. I cant believe how rude and disrespectful some people can be. Think Im just going to return everything and get my money back. So over it.

Omg!!! sales lady was so rude. They were two ladies, one tall and one short, the short lady was so rude. She didnt want to help me out, I asked her if she had a certain color, she responded "we have many colors as you can see and different brands, you just have to decide what brand you want and come back whenever you decide what you want and if you saw that color somewhere else, you should just go buy it there". Then she walked away. I wanted to look but she practically kicked me out and told me to go back when I decided what color I wanted.

The manager on duty was just as snarky as the employee who was attending me. They couldnt even try to find a solution to my problem, instead they kept trying to dodge it with excuses. Once I stated the policy they were blatantly denying me, they gave me a cheap solution to shut me up, thats when I decided to leave. Pretty horrible customer service.

The Sallys brand needs to take a hard look at management of this particular store location. The manager makes customers feel unwelcome and is incredibly rude. Id rather drive further to the store on Trenton to avoid this toxic environment.
