This "Corporate" store and its people should not be the face of Sprint. Ive enjoyed Sprint for 10+ years and I am satisfied with the service. I visited this store twice in the last two weeks and received two different responses in regards to upgrading. The sales associates are not trained in providing answers without going back to a computer or the manager to get answers. My first visit I walked through the salesmans cloud of smoke to enter the door. The overwhelming stench of cigarettes is always a great way to make an impression. We asked a simple question on the pricing of an upgrade. We walked out after 10 minutes without an answer. The total lack of communication skills and total confusion on that fundamental question was baffling to us. I question if it was just cigarettes he was smoking. I thought we were being Punkd. The second time I went to the store and talked to a nice guy but he was clueless on the process without asking the manager to get involved. I dont have time to be part of the on the job training for this store so I left. My recommendation is to go to the Southlake location.

Yung Le, the manager was exceptional! He spent his time explaining the different plans and rates offered! He also made sure we understood every detail before signing off on the plan. Edward and Lola, were also both very helpful! Edward helped out by letting us try out different cases/phones so that we could get a better feel for the phones we wanted! During checkout, Lola was very detailed and helped us understand the breakdown of the bill. She also helped find a better plan for the family so our rates would be lower! I spent 3 hours here deciding on the right plan and phone, and not once did this team make me feel rushed. Very helpful and I would highly recommend this store to anyone! Thank you guys you were all awesome!

I went the the Sprint Store off Monfort & 635 in regards to a phone issue I was having. Spoke with the Store Manager at that specific location who was the one who greeted me. This guy was HORRIBLE! Lacked people skills and enthusiam to help. The next day I went back to the store I purchased my phone and I can I was BLOWN away by the Customer Service Dylan and the Assistant Manager showed me. What is impressed me the most is that the ASM kept says let try to find the best solution for you. He never used the word NO and kept ALL options opened. I will be doing my cell phone shopping here moving forward no matter how far the drive is

My experience at Sprint in Grapevine was amazing! I was blown away by the extraordinary product knowledge, and attention my family received from Edward! He went above and beyond to assist us in getting the best possible deal with our family plan, and spent lots of extra time with us helping us set up my new phones. Edwards professional attitude, attention to details, and cheerful personality make him the perfect example of Great Customer Service! If you are looking for a deal and someone patient to really work with you - he is your guy! Thanks Sprint and thank you Edward! We will return!

Another Sprint store sent me here when they couldnt fix my phone. They told me there would be a Sprint technician here. They were wrong. This is a Authorized Sprint Retailer...not a Sprint store. Nonetheless, a store employee was kind enough to take a look at my phone and spent a good 1/2 hour fixing the problem that was actually created by Sprint technical support the day before. He was very polite and patient throughout the process. My phone is back to working great again. I would definitely recommend this location and store employee, Dylan Tatum.

Worst experience! I had them help me activate my temporary phone while my real one was getting repaired and I have an unlimited everything plan with sprint that includes calling, messages, and data. All i wanted them to do was just to put the phone number on my temporary phone but i guess whoever was helping me wanted commission so he decided to add a unlimited talk after 6 to my plan without my knowledge. I will never walk into this sprint store again..

The best service i have recieved in years. I lost my phone and Lola assisted me in the reporting its loss and got me into a temporary phone until I received the replacement. My replacement phone arrived a week later and Dylan spent time to walk me through the activation and I walked out with a free tablet. I pass two other sprint stores to get to this one. Customer service is back and handed out with a smile in grapevine.

Amber was great. I had switched from AT&T to Sprint by calling Sprints Sales Dept. by telephone. Wish I had gone to the store instead. Employees at Grapevine store are awesome. She straightened out ALL the errors made by the Sales Dept. without complaint. Not fair that she didnt get credit for the sale. I recommend Amber to anyone who wants a very nice and knowledgeable person. Whoever trained her should be proud.

I couldnt be happier with the customer service from Lola and Peter!! I came in with a goal to leave with a new phone paying nothing down and left with 3 new phones, nothing down and only a minimally higher monthly bill. Lola took extremely good care of me and paid close attention to my concerns with the types of phones I needed as well as maintaining a reasonable bill. So happy with their service!!

The customer service at the grapevine store is the best of the best. I came in during my lunch break and worked with Dylan who approached me right away. His knowledge, patience and prescence was amazing. Even when learning a brand new system, he was able to walk through all of it with me. I was hesitate about switching to a new provider but sprint was the way to go. I am a customer for life.

Upgraded online and went to get the phone in the store. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Dylan, Yung and Amber made this experience pleasurable. They are very knowledgeable without being pushy. Was in and out in a flash.
