Customer Service Slipping Fast: The Lebanon Verizon store has in the past been wonderful. Recently my experiences have not been very pleasant. 6 months ago I was treated very badly by a shift manager, Marty. He must have mistaken me for someone else. He was very rude and loudly accused me of always trying to get something for nothing. This was very embarrasing. I left the store and used the 800 number to get another phone. I run a company here in Lebanon and we go thru phones quickly. I never quibble about buying a new phone, even if it is $8-900 dollars. My technicians must have good phones to do their jobs. We even have an extremely high line of credit at 30,000 with Verizon. Today, 2-24-2017, I finally was able to meet the stores actual manager Shannon. She is a very direct and non-compassionate person. She was not really rude, but unyeilding that any of her employees could do wrong. While waiting for her I even noticed an associate tell an older gentleman asking a question that "I am only 1 person and I am with a customer, I can only do one thing at a time!". She also made it a point to snap at everyone coming in the door that they were very busy and it would be a long wait. She should greet with a smile and say thanks for visiting Verizon we will be with you as soon as we can. I brought this to Shannons attention and it fell on deaf ears. I told her that I now saw why the customer service was sliding at this location. Gallatin location still seems fine. The employees will never be better than the management. If we treated our customers as I have been treated consistently at this location we would go out of business. I am considering going with another carrier as many ride on the Verizon network.

The first time I went in there and asked for a copy of the reciet for my tablet that I had bought from another Verizon store for a police report they told they couldnt do it because Terry were a moms and pops verizon store. Sobi had to call the other verizon store and ask for them to send a copy to the other verizon store for them to send it to me. Ok fine. The next time I went in I was asking about buying a new phone and asked if the deals would be better at a real verizon store since they were a secondary business. He guy "not knowing I was already told " lied straight to my face and told me they they werent a moms and pops. So I informed him of the last visit and he tried to tell me tat thwart person musty have been mistaken because they werent ever a moms and pops. However the other time I was there the other guy had told me that he had been there for years... But I left it alone and called the other verizon store. And in fact did find a better deal.. at another VERIZON store. I just hate being lied too

Horrible experience. I have been dealing with Jeffery shaw for a month now. Lies and deceit. Have been told by him 5 times that he did my credit and not once has he done what he said. Got a free tablet that he entered me into a contract on without my knowledge. Went to return the darn thing but Ill have to pay a restocking fee. Theres an early termination fee which he said he could get waived. But guess what Im still in the contract. So lied to once again..walking in that store has brought me nothing but empty pockets and nightmares.

Customer service is terrible was told by a rep that someone would help me shortly I waited and looked at different products and waited my turn I turned just to check to see if I was next and saw the rep that had told me someone would help me was helping a young lady that just walked into the store he looked aweful funny as I walked out the store he did not even try to stop me or even talk

"Traded in" phone to apply the credit to new phone. Now, a year later, the store never sent the phone to Verizon so credit was never applied. Now, out $200 due to severe negligence or employee theft. Further the service received each time was terrible. May only come back to resolve the issue with a lawyer or police presence.

I highly recommend this store and especially if you can get Jeff Shaw to personally help you I have done business with this store for several years and Jeff Shaw has been the most efficient help and support that I have ever experienced here at this store. Nice, courteous, and very professional.

I was approached for assistance within seconds of walking in the store. I went in to activate a phone that I already owned and switch numbers from another wireless carrier. Michael Washington gave me excellent customer service! I will be back to deal with Michael again. Thanks.
