I walked into Airs unsure of if I could afford a new range for my mother (shes really old school and didnt want any of the newer ranges). After some looking around I was approached by a very knowledgeable sales person who was able to help me find a range I thought was perfect for my mother. I was able to put it on lay-a-way for a few months without any monthly payments being due. You pay what you can when you can. When it was time for delivery I was more then please with their very professional delivery men. They even checked all the burners to make sure my unit was working properly! I will be going back to Airs whenever I needed a new appliance! Dont waste your time at those Big Box stores, just go to Airs and theyll take care of you!

Salesmen are very compentent and personable. Delivery and installation marginal - bordering on incompentent. Staff in charge of scheduling deliveries and installation are rude and insulting and less than accomodating. If there is a problem with the merchandise their defensive atitude is out of control and there is no attempt to correct the situation. Leaves a very bad feeling about the company and after using them for over 15 years I find it time to move on

I have to disagree with the negative reviews so far. I just bought a stove from Airs and had it delivered last Friday. The guys installed it, made sure the burners worked and left. I tried to turn on the oven but was unable to start it. I called the store and the delivery guys returned very quickly to make sure it would start. Ive used the stove a few times since and it has been great-starts right up and I expect it to continue to do so.

REPAIRMEN TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. For your own good, go somewhere else unless you have countless hours to waste while their service people show up late, install incompetently and ruin your floors. I have never written a negative review but this time I could not suffer in silence. An absolutely awful experience.

It is late February and I am still waiting on a kick plate from last October. I would like to support them but after 7 unreturned phone calls in 5 months I believe the verdict is in. Their Customer Service is non-existent. We spent nearly $20k and cant get a call back. Amazing.
