Felt deceived after my daughter and I want to get her a new phone. Told the salesman that we didnt want any extras could not afford my plan to go up. He informed me that he could get me a new package and that it would be cheaper in the long run. Also said if we change that there promotion is you could get a small tablet For 99, it was a great thing and I would be stupid to pass it up. I twice said We dont need those but he talked me into it. And said no extra charge for those. Get my bill is almost 180 more and iam being charged for gb for These stupid tablets I didnt even want. Called customer service and work with a gentleman that credited me 130 But I have to go in the store to get a refund for the stupid tablets. But of course its over 14 days so They will most likely fight me on this. Will never go back to this store. Awful awful awful

Yes Will did call our store & spoke with one of my reps but it is policy with all phone companies that we do not give out account info over the phone if you call a store. My employee was very polite in explaining that he would be happy to help him if he came into the store but if he would like to process it over the phone we have a sales department that can do a verification over the phone that he could process his upgrades in the comfort of him own home.

After being a loyal ATT customer for many years I called my local store to upgrade our equipment and change our plan to a lower cost. Guy said come to the store, I asked why am I calling? ATT is going to lose $160 a month with no equipment fees. I have had similar conversations in the past, this is my last one. 20 years a client, no more. Telling all my friends the same. The guy in the Sandy store sounded high on Crack, please test him

I went in to buy a new phone and sign up for a new plan,the salesman was some young kid who seemed like he had better things to do.He then tried to do the old used car sales trick and shove me off to some other guy.I had read the bad reviews about this store but had to experience it for my self and it seems that this store is lacking in professional sales staff.I will never go back!

Dont believe them. Was sold a lot and was overcharged on everything. Those penny tablets actually cost you 10 a month plus data and come with a 2year contract. By the time you figure out they scammed you it costs 3000 dollars to leave att. Ive been a customer since 1995 and have never had such a bad experience thanks to the manager of this sandy store.
