I bought a shark vacuum at 4:22 p.m. today. When I got home and opened the box it had been used and parts were missing. I immediately went back to the store to return it. I got back to the store at around 5:00 p.m. I had my receipt and explained the situation and the sales representative stated that she would have to get her manager. The assistant manager Kimberly came over and said that they could not return the item because it had been used and all of the pieces were not there. I was very upset and had spent almost $200 on a vacuum that was USED. Kimberly raised her voice at me multiple times. Then, the manager Kimberly said that I almost hit her sales associate in the head with the vacuum as I was trying to show her how it came apart (which I did not almost hit her sales associate). The assistant manager then stated I could exchange the vacuum for the same one. As I walked back to get the new vacuum, a man stopped me and said that he had witnessed everything that just happened and I needed to contact the store manager Ashley Phillips as soon as she returns from vacation which is tomorrow. He stated that he is in charge of watching all of the cameras and that he would back track and watch the videos and be in contact with his manager as well. He apologized and stated that I should have never been treated that way. The sales associate who did the exchange then stated that she was so sorry and there are a lot of new employees training and they must have not put a claim tag on the box when it was originally returned so they put it back out on the floor. I felt so embarrassed and hurt that I was put in this situation. I will no longer shop at this Walmart and will be following up with the store manager.

I usually do not have an issue at any store I visit. I only feel compelled to post this because I had an unfortunate experience on April 17th around 10pm. My fiancée and I headed out late because I had forgotten dog food. While we were in the store we decided to do light grocery shopping. When we were finished gathering our items we went to the self check out lane. There were several shelf check out lanes open, and there was no one in line. As I pulled my cart up to an open register the employee (whos fanning herself off with a cardboard cut out labled "fan") begins shouting, "Hey, you have too many items! Excuse me, you have too many items! Its 20 items or less!" I looked at her and looked at my cart. I explained that we had two separate orders within one cart and we could check out at different lanes. She then proceeded to tell me that its 20 items per cart. I was irritated, but said okay. We told her we didnt see that posted anywhere. She pointed to a tiny piece of printer paper with lots of writing on it that was posted at the self serve service desk, on it in small writing said 20 items or less. How can anyone see that? After this upset I counted the items in my cart. We had 21 items total! All of this for one extra item??? Keep in mind that there were several open self checkout stations with no one in line. I should have purchased my dog food and left the rest of my items there. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Walmart.

Awful employees that treat customers like absolute s***. I was at this location with my boyfriend to buy some board games and a lady asked me to get out of the grocery cart I had been sitting in. Im less than 95lbs and very short, regardless of the fact people of my weight and height sit in these carts I got out no questions asked. I politely asked why it was a problem that I sat in the cart now when this same lady had watched me climb into the cart at the front entrance. She then proceeded to say if I didnt leave she would, "call f***ing secruity" on us. As we started to leave my boyfriend stop at the customer service desk and asked to file a complaint form. Caitlyn, the assistant manager that he went to file a complaint about told him no he couldnt and we needed to get the f*** out. As we were leaving her and a male employee followed us outside which is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My boyfriend and I left the establishment feeling disrespected and decided to call that same Walmart store to file a complaint. Unfortunately Caitlyn answered and repeated to hang up on us each time we called and said we cant file a complaint. We then called 1-800-WALMART and spoke to a very nice lady named Nicole who helped us file a complaint to turn in to this establishment. Worst Ive ever been treated and do not recommend.

I originally had higher hopes for this Walmart. But this morning, I entered the store, as usual its produce selection was bare... I dont necessary care about that, nor would I post anything in that case. However, I spent a solid half hour to hour shopping for groceries, filled one of those smaller two tiered carts, and then proceeded to checkout. I found no open lanes except the self checkout. I happen to have a form of autism, so, for starters, I only shop Walmart or anywhere else on off hours to avoid the crowds. I also have a very difficult time with self checkout, even with a handful of items, let alone enough items that Id be there for an hour or two trying to check out. I was directed, by one of the wonderful Walmart employees, to the self checkout line, rather than them, seeing my cart full of items, to actually bother opening a lane or checking me out. That is infuriating, particularly from someone who works as hard as I do. I strongly advise you drive the extra few minutes to shop anywhere other than this poor excuse of a store.

Store manager Ashley is too arrogant and snobby. She fires handicapped people because they cant do something she knew they couldnt do when she put them in that position. She uses the boiler plate line, "...and other duties as assigned by management". To justify her terminations. Want somebody gone? Shell just demand they do something she knows they physically cant do... then terminate them for it. Somebody needs to terminate her. Shes only a store manager because she wanted to get paid more than being a market AP manager. The old store manager, "Brad", NEVER wouldve fired his associates like she does. Pathetic, no wonder the reputation of that store has gone down with this type of leadership.
