Very poor customer service. I took my damaged ring to them a few days after Christmas to be reset. I received a proposal for the work and was told it may take a couple of weeks because of the Christmas holidays etc. Fine, no problem. I had not heard from them at all and finally in mid February I called about my ring. I was told the name of the person who had seen me in December, but was told I could not speak with him as he was with a customer. I asked that he please return my call. Two hours later I called again, having received no return call. I did talk to the man who had seen and taken my ring and he gave me a story about the ring needing more repair than he had quoted (I dont see how that is possible) and that the repair was held up because of that. He explained that I would be getting far more service on the ring than he had quoted, but that it would be at "no charge" since my ring had somehow "fallen through the cracks"; his excuse for not contacting me in almost two months. since then I have sent two emails, both of which have gone unanswered. I intend to go to the store to find out what has happened to my ring. I just heard from Argo & Lehne and I can pick my ring up today. I have calmed down a bit and will give them the benefit of a doubt. Thank you, Robt. Argo. You made it right

I called Argo & Lehne yesterday and asked if they could sell my wifes tennis bracelet on consignment. The store representative said yes for a fee of $50 and told me to bring it in to the store. My wife and I drove to the store that afternoon and the salesperson looked at my wifes gold tennis bracelet and told us she wasnt interested in selling it for us. Why tell us to come to the store if they had no intention of helping us? It was obvious that she was anxious to leave and couldnt be bothered although it was only 2:00PM. We have been customers at Argo & Lehne for several years but we will not be returning again. Very poor customer service.

I loved my ring shopping experience in general, but knew I had found the right place to buy an engagement ring when I started working with Bob Argo. His excitement in describing the science of how each stone would look best and describing why hed make certain recommendations added a lot of confidence and ease to the experience. He actually convinced me to change my engagement date for the better and managed to essentially rush deliver the stone and prepare the perfect ring for me and my fiancee. Highly recommend Argo & Lehne for engagement ring buying.

The customer service at this jewelry store is outstanding! I ordered my finances ring through them and when it came in, I was unsatisfied. Veronica was more than helpful. She not only agreed that it looked different than the original, but also reassured me that her main priority is to make sure I end up with a ring I love. They offered great payment options and kept me update via email on when the ring would be in. I trust this jeweler.

I went here with another jewlers pendant, looking for a chain. Even though I was only buying a sterling silver chain, and even though other patrons were buying much pricier jewelry the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and took their time.
