Obviously it is architecturally very interesting (bizarre and surreal) but otherwise a typical high priced mall. Entering and exiting this place to get to mall level was very poorly planned out and if you are someone who needs to sit down for a few minutes to rest while shopping - forget about it. Security is strict and on your every move. The only place to sit is on one round ottoman (surrounded by junk food vending machines and bathrooms nearby) which seats about 5 people to charge their phones. All seats taken and awkward. My son tried to take a seat on the stairs briefly and he was quickly told he cannot sit there. Some benches down the centre of this mall would be nice, but you get the feeling they just want you to pass through, shop and get out. Also, the floors and stairs are very slick marble so be cautious with heels or if your coming in with wet feet. It was definitely worth a quick look just to check out the architecture, otherwise I recommend waiting to shop at the same mall stores somewhere else.

I think the building itself is actually more interesting than whats inside. Ive enjoyed walking around place from time to time, but there are so many ways that this could be improved. I would love to see more food and drink options available here. Especially since it connects right to the subway. There is one cafe on the bottom floor, but thats it, meaning that its packed all the time. The place is wheel chair accessible, sometimes. A few times that Ive been here the elevators were broken, so to me its hit or miss. I probably would not go out of my way to see this mall. If you happen to be at the world trade center already its fine to see as its right across the street. Otherwise there lots of other and better shopping and food opportunities in the area.

A very upscale mall right next to the Freedom Tower (the new world trade center). Public restrooms are critical at public places and this mall has some best facilities for tourists and all visitors. Remember this that when you take your family to a place like this (A very important site of the modern American history) always obey the ground rules and respect the authorities and people around you. For someone this may be a mere tourist spot but for some of us their loved ones died in the 9-11 attack. Weather you are at this mall or at the actual freedom tower or in the 9-11 museum; you are part of the history once you walk on the land in this area. Enjoy your visit to this place and any place in NYC. It is one of the greatest city on this planet.

the path station here was pretty clean and are normally on time. there are also many beautiful shops to look at and explore if you desire. the main area in the middle is a vast cavern that is beautifully lit with blue and purple lights. i have to i came to this station many times and i was never bored of going to the same place because you never knew what you what going to see or where you were going to go. the only negative i do have to mention is that some of the machines to buy tickets are broken or difficult to figure out and there are no workers to help you in person. i do feel safe when i am there though due to the fact there are many armed military and police people there armed to the tee to protect the people in the building.

Actually this place is pretty amazing but Im only rating it three stars, because despite the massive size of the complex, there is nowhere for visitors to sit apart from the cafes and restaurants. Visitors are forced to sit on the floor, on stairways or anywhere else they can find some relief. This afternoon I counted 20 people, many elderly, resting on the cubes in the Apple store! I can only assume management dont provide seating because they dont want the homeless, and other failures of the American Dream camping out in their center. However, there are more than enough security staff and police officers present who can move these poor souls on if management so decrees. Its simply not good enough.
