I dont write reviews on google often but I must give credit where credit is due.. I came to this sprint store with my daughter on early Sunday, 1/22 with my daughter who was having a problem with her iPhone. The store was full of people and the only two employees were occupied so I didnt expect to get helped as quickly as we did. One of the workers named Monica (who was with other customers) , quickly and politely greeted us, and assisted us and explained to my daughter that she needed to delete several things on her phone so her storage wouldnt be full anymore. We went home, she tried to use the advice Monica gave her, but was unable to delete the pics and video from the phone. I called the store back and got in touch with Monica again, who told me a few tips and ways to try to fix the problem, which my daughter tried, and proved to be unsuccessful. She was very frustrated, so we went back to the store an hour later, with my daughters laptop hoping that Monica could better assist us then. She plugged the phone in the laptop, trying several different ways to fix this problem, even went the extra mile and watched a few videos on YouTube to learn other methods. While she was assisting us for the third time, 2 other people came in the store who she was also assisting, going back and forth between the both of us. It became obvious the issue was that the phone was defective and we were going to go to the Apple Store to have them replace the iPhone. I want to say that I have been to several different sprint stores over the years, and have sometimes been brushed off and given the cold shoulder if I came in with an issue, and wasnt coming in to buy something. But this girl Monica was beyond polite and more than eager to help my daughter who was extremely frustrated with the phone; she assisted us 3 times that day with the same problem, while also assisting other people. she treated my daughter, myself, and the other customers with the utmost respect, sincerity, and kindness. its almost impossible to find an employee in cell phone sales who genuinely cares and treats every customers as well as Monica did with us and others in the store. I will be back to see her and only her for future upgrades;I have seen sprint employees at other stores whos customer service abilities were subpar and deterred me from said stores; but sprint is more than lucky to have someone like Monica at the wayne store representing the company.

I had a pretty crappy experience with Wesley at sprint. I have been a customer for 15 years, and just lost my S7 phone. when I went to get a new phone, I was lied to about a "free" tablet promotion. They load you with data that you have to pay for. Wesley said I could remove the data and keep the tablet. Not true. I am returning the tablet pronto. Lying to your customers is not a good business practice. Sprint gave me a small refund for the trouble. A very bad experience overall. Who likes to be lied to?

Absolutely the worst store. 2 employees there and only one working. The 2nd employee told me he couldnt help because the female employee was "on the only system" they have in the store. Whats your function then man? Also the woman on the "system" was too busy on her own phone to finish the transaction of the people she was helping in an efficient amount of time. Not a Sprint store - its an "associated" store. Avoid at all costs

Hands down best experience Ive ever had coming into one of these stores. The lady who helped me was super helpful and just a pleasant to be around!!!! She transferred all of my info from my old phone into the new one and even gave me amazing discounts! If your looking for a reliable sprint store near wayne, this is it!!!! Horrible! Charged me for something when I upgraded and didnt tell me I have to pay monthly charge So I returned it only to deal with 5 different people and no one knows how to fix it and they charged me double on my bill. Good thing I called . Erica entered wrong info in when I upgraded , I spent so much time trying to fix this. Dont go here.

I walked in for some information regarding the details on switching from at&t. Ashley Warhurst and Ashley Taylor were so nice and very knowledgeable! I wasnt looking to make the switch today, just doing my research but I will definitely be back to give them my business!

Ive been to this location and the people there are awesome. Every time I go there the store looks good, smells good and the staff are very helpful. Love my devices - that mobile hot spot I got is the bomb!! I have internet everywhere I go. Heard that!!
