Worst Store Ever. Nothing but Liars and Attitude. We went in to switch from T mobile to Sprint. There were 2 young male employees working when we arrived at about 6:30pm. After about an hour of starting the switch, the system crashes and everything we have done was wiped out. Now mind you, our phones and numbers had already been taken out of t mobiles system and were therefore useless. At about 9pm, the system comes back up. The young sales guys are joking and playing around the whole time. I get conned into getting 5 lines because lines 3-5 are completely free. Well found out theyre not, you get charged astronomically after the promotion period is done. But i Digress, we get the phones and are then advised that my wife and daughter can get thier Iphones plus phones for $7 a month if we trade in our Iphone 6S and my Galaxy S7, so we did. We also got a Galaxy J3 which was free. So after 4 hours, and being guaranteed that all was taken care of, we left with the promise of prepaid gift cards for our trouble (never received them). Then the really bad stuff happened. We found out the next day that we were lied to and that the extra lines were not completely free, so we tried to return the extra 2 phones, but were advised that we would be charged a $70 per phone restocking fee, even though they were not opened. When I went to the store to talk to the manager, she didnt care and told me no matter if the two employees from her store told me they were completely free, I would pay to restock them or I was stuck with them. We wound up having to pay a lot of money to return phones that were never used. Next, we have had nothing but trouble every month with our bill, because those two little con men from this store never entered our stuff in right and we are not getting credit for one of the smart phones we traded in. So 4 hours of lies and stupidity to get hooked up, lies of stuff to make up for our experience, attitude from the management, and then general incompetency that I am dealing with constantly. I would not recommend anyone use this store. They are third party and not even corporate, so Sprint themselves cannot do anything about them. Just go to the corporate store in Belton, you are way better off and wont get lied to.

So switched from another provider that I had been with for 12 years for better coverage with my cell phone reception to sprint. I would not say the representatives were rude but they were definitely not trying to impress me with customer service. I mentioned I have a corporate discount with my previous wireless carrier through my job and I was told by the store rep that I would be able to use that on my new plan with them. After talking with customer service, this morning on the phone, they advised me that the plan I am on does not accept my corporate discount. I was also sold a protective shield for my screen on the Samsung S7. This protector does not cover over an 1/8th of an inch of the screen, which leaves it unprotected. Which I can only assume they did not have the right product and used an S6 screen protector and they were just worried about the sale more than giving me the right product. While at home I am logging into my account online and the site keeps asking for a pin# and an answer to a security question. I was never asked by the store rep to give this information at the store. Once again I call in to customer service and turns out the rep at the store decided to fill it out that information on her own instead of asking me what I wanted to use for my pin# and answer to my security question. While Im on the phone with the rep she explains that this is not a corporate store. Its a third party store. I guess the huge SPRINT sign at the top of the building confused me. So my guess is that this place is not as well trained, does not do their job properly, and are not well educated in what they are selling. After I return my screen protector I will not be returning to this store and I suggest anyone in the area should go to a corporate store instead of this third party store.

I have only had terrible experiences at this store. I was lied to about being able to pay my phone off early without penalty and was forced to pay an extra $200 that I was assured I wouldnt have to pay. I would never have entered the deal if they had told the truth. I wish Sprint would go back to contracts. The replacement system is more oppressive and very sneaky about it. I will be finding a new phone company and I will never go back to the Sprint store on Blue Ridge.

I recently visited this store and was not pleased with the customer service! I was told Sprint no longer offer 2year contracts and that they could only offer me a monthly installment contract. I later called sprint customer services and was told they do in fact offer 2yr contracts and that installment contracts was an option....I was misled to believe differently....

Sprint store is a great place they have phones and computers there in acessories weird phones yes you can pick up your phone same day that you buy send you to a store close by and they have good service there good to call me people that work there and theyre awful nice and
