I agree with some of the other comments...Hannah, is by far, the most pleasant and only pleasant person to deal with at this pharmacy. There are several extremely rude pharmacists working here. It would be really nice to see whoever manages this pharmacy, to clean house. It the most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Like other users commented, its extremely unfortunate due to their convenient location. Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was ready. There were two people there (one was a newer person, a guy). They both looked at me occasionally over the course of 13 minutes and neither of them even bothered to say, "Well be right with you". Over the span of those 13 minutes, the new guy took several drinks of his beverage and blew his nose, as if he was bored. After 13 minutes and now 6 people lined up behind me, the lady pharmacist (dark hair) finally called for help, then she walked over slowly to help me. The woman who came from the front of the store to help, made it back to the pharmacy before the pharmacist made her way over to the desk to help me. This is only one instance, out the countless negative experiences Ive had over the past three years with this pharmacy. I dread going there every time. Like another user commented about people rolling their eyes,this is actually a very common occurrence, along with audible sighs when the pharmacists see a customer waiting. Again, Hannah is the only nice, courteous person working there (along with the indian-looking woman who I havent seen in quite awhile.) Sorry I dont know her name but she was also very nice.

This Rite Aid, specifically the PHARMACY department has the absolute WORST customer service! After moving to the area, my family and I needed a new pharmacy and in almost a year I have not only had terrible customer service, but the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Even in the phone, they are incredibly rude and make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Its very unfortunate because its the only pharmacy within 10-15 miles but after trying multiple occasions with different staff, I just refuse to return. My last encounter, I waited at the drive-they window for a prescription with my 2 young children in the car. I waited and then turned around to see a pharmacist just rolling her eyes, staring at me. When I said "hello" because she just looked at me. She responded with "yep, can I help you?" The entire experience was jusr like every other time I have been there. These are mostly the pharmacists themselves, the technicians are usually more friendly but are learning from the pharmastics too.

Ive finally made the decision, after a number of years, to leave this Rite Aid. There are two pharmacy clerks I deal with regularly, Hannah and Ilene , when getting my monthly prescriptions. Hannah is one of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with, but Ilene seems to go out of her way to demean and belittle me each month. Today was the last straw as she waved her finger in my face while saying, "just stop!" Im glad I retired when I did, however, some folks (like this woman) seem to see us as just annoying old people. I will miss Hannah...

Horrible pharmacist. I watched her sit around and do nothing then approach the technicians and insult them while they do their job. Shes not god. Shame on rite aid for allowing this type of person run their pharmacy. I will never step foot into another rite aid store. I will do my business with meijer. Rite needs to find another pharmacist who is more competent, respectful, and adequate for the job. Its not rocket science to treat coworkers and customers with respect.

The slowest service Ive ever had, and just incredibly incompetent. They dont seem to know whats going on. Nothing is ever ready on time, waiting for days on medications and getting calls that its ready then you go pick it up just to find out it will be an additional 30 minute wait, or its not even there at all..... What happened to 15 min? Rude pharmacy staff who rolls their eyes when you ask about your meds.

Iv had such wonderful customer service here. Only after one visit to the pharmacy? Ever since they kno me by name wen I come in. Love those working there❤️
