I was previously with Verizon Wireless but was not too happy with it. (My contract ends next year). I heard Sprint had a promo that if you start a contract with them they will pay your termination fees for Verizon (or any other carrier). Earlier this week, I got my Verizon bill and it stated that the termination fees were not paid for yet. I went into Sprint and was told that I needed to give back my old Verizon phones in order for them to pay out my Verizon contract. I explained that I had asked the rep numerous times when getting my new Sprint phone if I needed to give them my Verizon phone in which she replied "no" to. I explained that I no longer had the phones because I was told that Sprint didnt need them. I spoke to the manager (Matt) and he was incredibly rude and would not let me finish talking. He told me that his employees were misinformed about the promo and that there was a lot of confusion in it. I told him I should not have to pay my termination fees because HIS employees were misinformed about the promo. He continued to say that he could guarantee that I was offered for Sprint to buy my phones back at the time of purchase. I continued to tell him I was not and he stated that my phone probably wasnt good enough. Long story short, he couldnt do anything for me and he needs to work on his professionalism. Now I am out $300 because they pretty much lied to me. DONT GO THERE. I will be calling corporate to make sure necessary action is taken.

This is the worse Sprint Store that I have ever visited. First; I went because my phone was turing on and off without any aparent reason. One of the service agents said that my battery was overcharged and ordered another battery for me. I got the battery 2 days later, but the battery wasnt bad. It turned out that my Galaxy SII had a virus and needed to have it replaced. They got it replaced for an out of pocket cost of $53.00. It seems that one of the agents had removed my insurance warrantee without any previous advise. Second; I walked home with a brand new phone, but they did not provided the old card that I had with my phone. I lost over 600 pictures that I had saved in the card. I thought, fine those are only pictures. But the agents never even allow or suggested that I was going to lose all my voice recordings and password stored in the phone. Lastly; the agent asked me; "how would you rate our services, satified or very satisfied?" and I said "satisfied" after reapeting the question again he stated, "If you dont say that you are very satified it is not acceptable. We need to hear that you are very satified It was late in the evening and I just felt so frustrated about their service, and said, "yes very satified" and walked out of the store. This if by far the worse service & presure that I have ever from any store including A&TT, Verizon, Cricket or T-Mobile. Very, very, very POOR service!!!

I received the worst customer service at this sprint store. I walked in just to get my phone number changed to another phone and was told that the sales lead Dapo had told the young lady who I believe to be named Brianna that I needed to call and get it changed. I refused because I came to the store for them to do it for me. I confronted the sales lead and he claimed to be with a customer, while there was only myself and another man in the store waiting. Not to mention there were seven other employees in the store. All either in the back sitting or watching the football game. Finally the sales lead who claimed to have a customer came to the front and decided to service me. Not once did he apologize for the horrible service. I would not advise anyone to come to this store location. All other sprint locations I have experienced have been great. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had at any store. Stay away from this place if you want good service.

Horrible management team! I was told that since they could not fix my phone (they actually gave it back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in) I would have to pay $75 for a refurbished one or purchase a new phone. I agreed to pay the $75 even though customer service told me it would be free if I went to the store. As I am about to pay the Store Manager, Matthew Bauer, informed me that it would be $350. I responded by saying that was not the price we agreed on and I was not willing to pay $350 for a refurbished phone. I then mentioned how my phone was no longer in working condition and he said "dont try that with me" when the evidence was clearly documented and visible. Overall I left very unsatisfied. At the time of my visit another customer was also complaining about the horrible customer service. Moral of the story - I will never go back to that store.

Went to this location today to get a issue resolved. The young lady at the front was a big help but manager was RUDE. Matt Bauer is the store manager there and did not help me at all. When i informed him of my consistent issues with this location his reply was "why do continue to come back?" Why? Because this is the location that is closet to my place of residence and Sprint customer care will not help until you step foot inside of a store. Then this rude guy call the police and said I was using a bunch of profanity and was errate smh. Sprint repair centers went from keeping your phone for 45mins to 3 hours. That is ridiculous. They do not care about the customer at all. If i could get them a -5 Stars rating I would. I will NEVER go back. I may cancel my service and go with T-mobile. Please do not go to this location they will not help you

Positive: I got an iPad mini there for $100 Negative: I previously went there to get my phone replaced since the reception for some reason has gone bad so I was getting 1 bar instead of 3 bars. They were suppose to get the replacement in yesterday and didnt notify me. So then I called them and they said itll be here in 3 days. I then asked if theyll give me a call when they get it since theyre supposed to and the other stores that Ive been to all have. The girl was like "Nope" then didnt say anything and hung up when I said "Bye", didnt even say Bye back. So damn rude, I guess they have enough idiots like us going there that they dont care if they lost a couple of customers or not.

Terrible service. I brought phone that wasnt getting 3G/4G. First, they stole my case and SD card. I had to come back another day to get my card back. Second, they wasnt able to fix my phone first time and refused to try to fix it second time. They simply told me to get replacement for $75.... Also, very very very long lines despite the fact that it was my third day to get help. And they were uninterested to keep me as customer, unwilling to help and simply rude. If you need service, go down York road to another great sprint store.
