I have been to the Home Depot in Bethlehem, Ga on Carl-Bethlehem Rd several times over the last year to purchase Hay. Everytime it is a huge hassle and ordeal. On this particular occasion, Monday June 16th, 2014 around 8am I was in the store for the same purpose. I checked out through the garden department and when I was checking out, the employees were yelling back and forth at each other trying to get anyone in the department to go and get the key for the locked Hay trailer from the manager. None of the employees wanted to leave the department, despite there being very few customers at this early hour to retrieve the key. So they ask me to go and wait by the trailer. After 15 minutes, an employee comes out and sees the locked trailer and informs me that he doesnt have a key and will have to go and find one. He comes back 5-10 minutes later with the key. This simple hay purchase requires at least 30 minutes of waiting every single time I go to this location in addition to the rudest customer service i have encountered by employees who seem very put out being asked to to their job. I believe this stems directly from the attitude of the management. I asked to speak to the manager, Dave, who would not come out of his office to talk with me about my complaint and insisted that I speak with the Assistant manager who could not resolve any of these issues. I will not be returning to this location for purchases of this kind in the future due to the lack of customer service.

My last interaction with Home Depot Winder location was the worst customer service experience I have had in many years. I received an email notification that my online order was ready for pick up. When I got there I was told that it was not ship complete. The customer service agent was not apologetic, unprofessional, condescending and rude. I attempted to resolve the matter by initiating a call with the e- commerce division and when I handed her my phone she barely wanted to hold it as though it was disease ridden. She proceeded to walk off briefly and came back only to argue with the agent on the other end of the phone. The agent ended calling the stores phone line and the customer "no service rep" handed my phone back to me in the same manner. The assistant store manager explained what transpired and offered an apology for the mix up. He assured me the remainder of my order will be delivered on the following Monday. I approach this Home Depot Assoc and told she so the award for the worst customer no service experience and she proceeded to tell me the old; "sorry you felt that way" line. I will never shop at this location again.

A couple of weeks ago my fiancé and I wanted to remodel our kitchen. Had very little help with the lady who oversees the installation of cabinets. In fact, she was very rude to my fiancé over the issue of wanting to remodel our kitchen. Ended up leaving. My fiancé went back on a different day to hopefully coordinate having measurements done to begin the process of having our kitchen remodeled only to be further disappointed by having to deal with the same rude lady. We reached out to the store manager about the lack of assistance we were receiving from the employee in the cabinet area. After about 2 days, the district manager called my fiancé, and told her that manager of the Home Depot in Snellville wanted nothing more than to help us. Although its a considerable drive to Snellville, the manager there really did help us out a lot. Within 2 weeks, we had our kitchen measured, cabinets and countertops ordered, and everything needed for a complete install in a week from now. VERY Disappointed that we couldnt use our local Home Depot.

Went here to purchase laminate floors. I already know which one to get since my dad already picked it. I found the ones I needed. I asked the attendee working in that department to help me carry it in my cart since it was too heavy for me. She told me to wait. I waited 30 minutes for her and decided to asked another worker to help me but she cant leave her station. She called the first woman on the walkie talkie I spoke with and the first woman got upset with me. I heard her insult me through the walkie talkie. I was so angry after waiting for her just to have her insult me. I went back did it myself. Two male workers walked stood there watching me struggle for a second before walking pass me. I am never going back here again. The workers are rude and dont even assistance customers who are struggling in plain view or even when I ask for help. I could have injured myself!

i was looking for a part in the electrical aisle and somehow my wallet fell out,as i was walking thru the store a sales assoc called out to me and ask me if i dropped anything when i said not that i know,she then ask me if i had my wallet ,thats when i noticed it was not in my pocket,she then went and got my wallet for me ,been in alot of home depots in the metro atl area and by far this store has always been helpful,

Employees ignore you and the store is a mess. After asking for a few paint color samples the paint associate added the tint and then shook them a few times with her hand. I had to tell her to shake them in the machine. She stated that they were ok and i had to insist for her to do it correctly. I dont know if its lazyness or bad morale, but dont go here if you like customer service.

This place has gone downhill over the past few years. They used to have great customer service, but today we had to ask 3 different employees and wait 40 minutes for someone in the cutting station. They werent even busy. Then we were accused of lying about getting our boards from the discount pile. Our 20 minute trip took over an hour.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. Just moved to the area. Very impressed thus far. Edit: Months and thousands of dollars later, Im still impressed. Always wonderful service. Even at 6:30 in the morning which is usually when I roll in.

Just like every other Home Depot. If you need something they ignore you. If you dont they swarm to bug you. Lastly the "contractors" flood the loading area to park. Protip: All Home depot associates can make keys. It takes 36 seconds.

The wood constantly has mold on it, I have constantly brought this up to management with no results. The other problem is that this store never has enough help and check out lines are always very long.
