Pretty miserable location. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to find out if they had a phone in stock. After 10 minutes I drove up there still on hold and they had associates standing around talking. Made me sign in and wait in a line to find out if they even have the phone I am looking for. Still have not been helped. They sold me a phone that is a fire hazard and are treating me like a stranger off the streets. Poor customer service. Jared is the only reason you got 2 stars instead of one. He is the only articulate associate that seems to actually care about the customer. If you are doomed to this being your local at&t, make sure you ask for Jared when you come in or you will be disappointed in your experience. Thanks Jared for being there even when your colleagues are clearly uninterested.

This store has ghetto staff. Horrible customer service. Only one guy was very helpful and efficient one other time I was here. I waited for almost 2 hours, but no one helped. They pretty much didnt care they had a wait. the associates that were "helping" other customers, were just sitting there with them waiting. I dont understand how they couldnt help other customers while waiting for a longer process to complete.

worst company ever, especially when they merge with direct tv, worst management ever, the system of marketing, holding people for hostage, contract for 2 years, if i cancel my agreement I have to pay $400. Even though it is their mistake, they dont take accountable for their mistake. Please if any one read this message, if you have not a customer to att, I swear you will be regret if you joint them.

I walked in and was promptly greeted. My requested was handled quickly and properly. Everyone was very friendly. I was shocked at these reviews because about 95% of the encounters Ive had with ATT customer service have been above average. Once again, above average at this store and I even left in a better mood than I walked in the store. :)

Pretty bad experience. I was there twice today and got no service either time. Dont go to this store on a Saturday. Or any other day. They wasted about an hour and a half of my time and I never got face-time with someone who could help me. It can be said "Customer No Service" AT&T Store.

Very lazy personnel, standing and chit chatting with clients. Told it would take 5-10 minutes. At 25 minutes I just ask one of the personnel to give me a SIM card as I had to leave. He goes and hangs around the printer and after 5 minutes of that I just left.

Brian, the so-called manager at the ATT store on 5175 peachtree parkway in Norcross cancelled my order even after I had called and told him that I was on my way. He told me he made an executive decision to sell my ordered stuff to someone else.

Awful store waited for 5 min and listened to the manager flirt with some woman in a Sprint jacket. I left. I even checked and told them I was thinking about moving my phone service. Now I am.
