I bought my IPad 2 64 gb in working condition only broken glass he took it in and told me 45 mins so I left for lunch and came back in 1 hour and now he states I need a new frame/housing so I said ok he said it 50 dollars more so then he wanted money upfront for the part and so I paid it and moved on I called 5 business days later and he said it should be in the mail he would check and call me. Back which he didnt so I called back and then told me another lie the part was for another iPad model and said to come back In 7 days this time so I waited and came back in 7 days and now he says the frame is defective and glass wont fit and I would have to wait 2 more weeks after all the run around he basically gave me my iPad back in prices and parts and said sorry I cant fix it when your rushing me and wouldnt give me a refund first he lied and then and top of that he broke iPad even more and now doesnt want to refund crooks and cheaters so i took it to another store they told me that I didnt need a new frame but the main. Board was changed In the iPad so basically MR cell took my original logic board and gave me one that was iCloud locked and screwed me both ways they took out my logic board and didnt refund me my money so my iPad came in worse condition then it went in for and on top of that stole parts out of my iPad and now refuses to give me a refund please run as far away from this place as possible trust me if they can do this imagine what they can steal from your phones that u dont even know about. U can go in for a screen repair and they will take your camera out and then charge you to fix it beware of this crook

Just leaving Mr. Cell establishment now. In the 24 of June I paid them $203.30 to replace my Lcd screen for my Galaxy Note 4. Jorge B. said that they had the part and that it would take 3 hours, which was fine. After 1 hour a received a call saying that the part that they had was a different color than my phone but that they had a broken phone with a good screen that was the same color that they can use, he said it was an official Samsung LCD screen and not aftermarket so I agreed. Two days later I took my phone out of my pocket and saw that the screen was already cracked. Mind you, the first screen has been dropped many times with no problems before it finally cracked 2 years later. But this screen breaking after 2 days in my pocket has me question the quality of the replacement screens. Samsung website says that the phone weighs 176 grams and when I weigh it now its at 174g, further raising suspition that they used a thinner Amazon $15 replacement. Sadly when I went to the store today to ask for another screen or some sort of refund so that I can just pay my insurance deductible and get it done with. Mr. Jorge said that it was an official screen then offered me another repair for $80 more. Im not an expert so Im going to contact Samsung and see if I can send the phone to them to verify that the parts used were official or aftermarket....very disappointed....

I took my Note 4 to them to have the screen replaced. They replaced the screen and had it finished the same day as promised, but when I got the phone back the front facing camera was a complete blur. I called them and they told me it happens sometimes if the glue gets on the lens and they told me to bring it back in so they can clean it. Took it back...cleaning it didnt work. It came down to them ordering a new camera. They installed the new camera....now the camera doesnt work at all and the rear facing cameras quality has been horrible sine the 2nd time they worked on it. After FOUR months of going back and forth and waiting on parts to arrive I was told they cant fix it and Id have to take it to Samsung. When I got upset I was told the camera could have not been working before they ever worked on it......I guess they forgot that when I brought it back it was still working, just a blur from the glue on it. Ive cut my losses on this one, but beware....dont be fooled by the friendliness. I was better off with a cracked screen. Now I dont even have one good camera.

I have a LG G2. My screen cracked and half of my LCD was not poerational. I paid over a 100 dollars to get it fixed only to have my phone returned to me with a broken sensor. When i make calls the screen goes completely black and wont come back unless the other person hangs up. There is also many times through the day when the phone wont unlock. I reported the problem the same day i got my phone back around 5:15 only to be told to come back another day because they were about to close. I had a weekend trip to Miami for spring break the next day, which is why i wanted my screen fixed in the first place. So you can imagine the inconvienece. I came to get it fixed the morning of my trip, only to get the exact same results. I recently asked to bring it in again only to be told they were really busy and my best bet would be to bring it another day. My phone has been broken for two weeks now and I don;t think they too much care whether or not my phone is fixed. They had the best price, but the customer care is below mediocre.

I shattered the glass on my Samsung Galaxy S5 pretty badly but the phone still worked fine. Rather than pay the $175.00 to insurance for a refurbished phone I searched for a place that may be able to fix it. After reading the reviews of Smartphone repair places, I decided that Mr. Cell was the place to go. I brought the phone in and spoke with Miguel, I let him know that I had to have the phone back today as I am leaving tomorrow for a business trip and use this phone for business. Both Miguel and the other gentleman (didnt get his name) were great and I highly recommend them. I dropped the phone off at 11:30 and had it back with new glass and looking as good as new at 3:00pm. Only $100.00 plus tax out the door and best of all, I dont have to deal with loading all of my apps and information on a refurbished phone from T-Mobile. I seriously cant tell that this isnt the original glass. Damaging your phone sucks! These guys make it a little less painful.

Miquel was beyond awesome. I pulled into the strip mall where Mr. Cell is located to conduct business with one of the neighboring businesses. Imagine my disappointment to know it had closed 3 months earlier. I had dropped my I-phone twice and needed some repairs. So...since I was in the area I entered Mr. Cell to inquire about the price, warranty and length of time my phone would be out of my sight. Miquel was honest and answered all my questions. The price I was quoted was too good to pass up. Thirty minutes later I had my "new" phone in my grasp, including a new protective case. I will recommend Mr. Cell to everyone and anyone needing phone repairs. Thank you Miquel. In addition Miquel informed me of the new location of the original business I was looking for and as a result I had a prosperous day.
