Both Don Kokenge and Andy Harris were AWESOME!!!! This was the BEST car buying experience EVER!!! I have been 10+ years having no financial obligation to financing a vehicle, as I paid cash for my last three vehicles, with the last being a 2001 BMW 325i ( I still own). I came across the AutoMatch USA Jacksonville dealership by accident (have never heard of them), scanned their inventory and came across a stunning 2011 BMW 328XI (manual) ... PERFECT! I immediately sent the online request for additional information. A couple of hours later, I received an email from Donald Kokenge. We communicated for a few days about the vehicle and his experience. During this time I completed all pertinent research on this vehicle ( CarFax report, KBB, VIN Search, Salvage Title Search, Recalls, Maintenance Report, other car price quotes on similar models and a new car buying checklist). I wanted to be absolutely certain this would be a good purchase for the cost. At the end of the day it is your RESPONSIBILITY to do your HOMEWORK on the vehicle of choice to prevent any disappointments. Don suggested I come in for a test drive. We scheduled the appointment. I was totally prepared upon my arrival Saturday 07.18.2015, Don was super friendly and personable. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase or encouraged to look at something different. We test drove the vehicle I completed my four page checklist ( I was in LOVE), financing with Andy Harris .. he will work diligently to get you approved (no trade or down payment). However, I obtained my own financing through my credit union. But approximately 3.5 or so hours later I was riding home in my NEW BIMMER!!! I have told everyone about this dealership, the inventory and the great pricing. THANK YOU AUTOMATCH JACKSONVILLE FL!!!!!!!!

I want to warn anyone who sees this (Don’t buy a truck from this dealership) I have had nothing but problems with this company. I will list a few of the major ones, 1. We negotiated an out the door price. That included all taxes, fees, and title transfer. Low and behold my bank calls me the next morning to ask why I was financing more than I agreed to. They did the old keep you there for a few hours, and change the paper work. Then slide a pile of paper work for you to sign. With a price almost $400.00 more than we agreed to. 2. Do not trust there certified sticker. The following is a list of things they hid, that need fixed so far. A) They made me sign a statement that I did not block off my EGR Cooler. Low and behold the EGR on this truck is blocked. Will add price to fix once completed. B) When washing the truck I notice the tailpipe moves to much. I go under the truck and what do I see (about five feet up under the bed the muffler pipe is rusted clean thru. There fix. Take a few pieces of wire and try and tie it up. Yes you read that right) C) After paying $800.00 on the front end I might have it fixed. Remember this was a certified truck. IE Steering. Two new front shocks, new stabilizer bar, steering shock, and front end alignment. 3. So please don’t trust there certifications. I would not trust there barn yard want a be mechanics to work on a (Match Box Car.) 4. Then as for my trade in they have still not paid it off. I am getting called by my bank and there telling me I am late. 5. I would like to let all of you at Auto Match this is not over. I will find your corporate info and inform them of how you are representing them. See your phone answer won’t give out any info. But this is a Tec savvy man you have pissed off. I WILL FIND THE INFO I WANT.

The service was ok. First there were computer issues that delayed us from leaving to go to Jacksonville. We started working the inquire and asked for a final cost around noon. We didnt receive it until a little after two. We left for Jacksonville a little after that and arrived a little after five. They guy who greeted us was not very friendly. He ended up being our sales rep. If it wasnt for the enthusiasm of the lady from their call center I would have left then. We test drove the car. It drive smoothly and seemed like a good deal. However the front bumper had over spray on the grill and fog light. It seemed like they were covering up a front end accident involving a stationary item at low impact. Made me feel they were covering up an accident. They did have an exchange policy. They offered a hook and sinker or bait and switch exchange. Their exchange plan has to be completed within seven days or within 300 miles, which ever one comes first. This means you had to bring the car back and must pick a different car from their current stock. You are not able to wait for another car, like the one you wanted. They also did not offer two sets of keys. The cost of the second key is an additional $185. The manager said "if I offer it to you, I would have to offer it to everyone.". Most dealerships require and provide to sets of keys. Who doesnt need two sets of key? They did offer tint for the windows and to fix the small gashes in the rear passenger doors leather. They didnt offer to fix the over spray. They also offered a full tank of gas but when we left at almost eight, three hours after we got there, there was only 3/4 of a tank. We just wanted to leave. With that I say the service was mediocre at best, they were slightly slow, sly, and stubborn.

This place is awful. If i can give it a 0 i would. My Boyfriend and I went there to test out cars and from the gate we stated we need a car below 12,000 with great miles and no money down. They said they could work with that so we found a perfect car. When we went to the financial part of the dealership and the guy stated that we needed 1,000 down so we told him we couldnt do that. Then he said 800 and again we said thats not a possibility. So he finally agreed to do all he can with no money down. The next day they said we were appoved but we had to sign the papers that day with no explanation of a payment plan or anything. I worked all day and wouldnt be able to make it so i told them i would be there Wednesday. Tuesday they called me asking me for my debit card information to get money so they can hold the car for me. When i told them no i had to have all the info on the car before they got a inch of my money. This statement went through one ear and out the other because they spent the whole day pushing and calling me nonstop. Stating if i didnt give them my card info, they would sell the car. At that point i didnt even want the car anymore. Wednesday, i went to the dealership alone because my boyfriend was at work. That was the biggest mistake i made because they push and pushed me to sign the papers. The financial guy told me he need money down that day but every time i was on the phone with him days before, he never ever stated that i needed 800 down to receive the car. So when i refused and told him i needed to bring my boyfriend before i signed any papers, he immediately got angry and scolded me. They were so rude which proved to me all they ever cared about was making a sale. Dont ever go here to purchase a car. They are nothing but thrives.
