Okay well lets start of with the staff. So I went in there for an upgrade. 1st thing that frustrated me was the lack of the acknowledging my concern. 2nd the employee just stood there trying to "figure it out." He kept telling me i had to so much money up front today and there was no way anything will be rolled on to my bill. Which I know can be by the way. 3rd when I told him show me my totals for the only choice I have. He quoted me at $400+. Get to the end of it he was doing the totals on the wrong line. throughout the whole process I kept reminding him of the line I wanted to upgrade. Not my main one, the second one. He kept referring to the first one every single time. The manager was sitting 10 feet away this whole time on a laptop and keep talking with another employee got up twice to restate everything the employee said. All I wanted was the cheapest way to get a new phone because the one i was trying to get rid of was broken. What pushed me to the edge of pissed off at this point is when I asked him to cancel the line and add a knew one and his response was "but you realize you lose the number and why would you even do that, that doesnt make sense.? Canceling it and adding a new line wouldve saved me $250+. Thank goodness I left that store without doing my business there because I went down the street later to a different AT&T store and was actually offered AND shown choices even though there was a line to the door. I will never be back to this location due to the fact even the manager lacks obvious training. I will would rather cancel my service completely than to step a foot back into this store.

Pleasant employees who obviously want to be helpful. However, too many people need help, too few places to sit and wait for up to an hour on a busy day. How about some sort of appointment scheduling for those who have trouble sitting on cold metal window sills? That, and after waiting and obtaining a new piece of equipment, I STILL had to call and get someone to help get thru the maze of instructions repetitively before the new equipment actually worked. A total of seven hours spent to replace a malfunctioning box---not to mention mileage and wandering about a small area finding the right place! Harumph!

My salesperson, Dylan, was fantastic. No pressure....understood what I needed...took his time with me. The other two associates in the store were also kind and friendly. Things got very busy but the associates were able to multi-task without neglecting anyone. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this store.

This AT&T sucks I went here and sat down for almost 30 minutes and no one said Ill be with you in a minute or nothing and never asked or helped me out if I needed anything so I just walked out and went somewhere else I will never come to that store again horrible service

Stay away from AT&T.. whether they dick you now or later... just know that its only aim is your wallet. Period. Veterans, brothers... please take heed.. this company is bad. For GOD sake, stay away from DirecTV

They lied to me and said they would match Samsungs return deal for the note 8 phone. They do not, they match it with store credit which there is nothing of worth $300.
