I went there about a month ago to buy a fridge for my mom. I used to work at great mall years ago and I had always passed by this store but never actually gone in and well I finally did go with my mom to see what they had. Appearance wise its not the nicest sears but oh well. I did my research before going to check for fridge prices. We end it up picking one of the "hot buys" that they have once in a while. Its when the product its new and you get it at a lower price. The fridge was around 1,200 but I had checked online for this one that actually value was 3,800. It was a great deal an when they brought it to my house it was new and everything works great. As for the customer service.. I was not impressed the girl who helped knew basic information and when I asked about their credit lines she couldnt really explained them to me. However, the other cashier knew all that information and was very helpful. I think that first girl who helped me was new but it was not a big deal. I would say check out the place if you want a good deal with some stuff and do your own research.

I think this is some kind of racket, I bought a mattress. The delivery company was a third party(immediate red flag) but I was desperate for the mattress so I went ahead with it anyway. The delivery driver called me after being 50 mins passed the 2 to 4 time-frame they provided! I missed the call because, oh I dont know I had work and was sick of looking at my phone for the delivery!! Well I called back after seeing the missed call which was about 10 mins tops, No answer...So I ran over to my house to see if they were there. No one there! So I called the number about 200 times and still no answer. Then I called the store! These people are so unhelpful! I cannot believe this is an actual business! To think that they are in the "Great" mall! Its a racket, they are probably using my mattress for some kind of terribleness! Doing unspeakable things to it! Because they "couldnt" deliver it! Anyway, do yourself a favor and crash your car into a wall...It might have more answers than these people.... P.S. they still have not delivered it or answered my calls.

I got a major appliance here that had some scratches but was over all a good product. They arent able to answer questions about the products, as they are not schooled on them, but I used the internet. They also dont accept returns on appliances if you take them home and they dont work, thats why they have the warranty policies they push. At first i was impressed by the service they had, because the guy was honest and ready to do his best to help, but then same as all Sears locations, I ended up having to wait about a half hour for the guy to ring up an old ladys warranty policy. Sears loves pushing warranties on people, and their computers are procedures are slow. I dont expect any salesmen there to be speedy and up the quality of their service, because the problem is Sears itself, not their low paid employees. Sears could benefit from having better return policies and better guarantees free of extended warranties. Or at least let the customers plug in these things to check them out.

I bought a washer/dryer unit online and requested delivery. Delivery wasnt free mind you. I received an email stating that I was supposed to get a phone call to schedule the delivery within 24 hours. I never received a phone call about delivery. I tried to call the store, but as other have said, nobody answers the phone. I ended up having to call the main Sears Outlet line and have them call the store. Finally, the Milpitas store called me to set up a date. They said that they would call the night before the delivery date to set up a time. Surprise, surprise, they didnt call. Now its the delivery day and once again, I cant get them on the phone. I call the Sears Outlet line and after 30 minutes on the phone, I find out that the Milpitas store didnt actually schedule the unit for delivery. I am now in the process of cancelling the order. I suggest you skip this terrible store. Answering the phone isnt hard.

They need trained staff, Im not gonna say anything more because Im furious and its not gonna be nice..Get it together management if there is any. You cant put a new employee in a position to help customers if hes not trained...how about train him on the week day when its slow instead of the weekend while you clearly know he cant help anyone and your standing there watching him drown while your customer is getting shuffled around and not being helped by the person who clearly knows her job and helps the people that just walked up instead of helping me that had been waiting for 45 minutes. I was in the store over an hour so that I could spend my hard earned money and this is the service I get...And I wasnt gonna say anything....hmmmm

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered three pieces of furniture and paid extra to have them delivered to my apartment. First my delivery was scheduled for the 5th of November then changed to today which i was informed that they needed to reschedule my delivery again. The front desk lady was disrespectful and hung up on me serveral times. I work in hospitality and in no was is the service i was provided acceptable. I eill never shop her again nor will i recommend this location to anyone

Bought a brand new washer machine in the box on 8/30/15. Officially stopped working on 9/29/2015. Didnt but the scam insurance so NOW I have to wait 5 days for a repair man to come look at it. This washer machine is less than a month old. Horrible customer service!!! If they are going to sell junk then maybe they should hire more technicians to repair the crap quicker!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN!!!!!!!! Looks like there is a laundry mat visit in my future..... ridiculous!

I was trying to call ahead of making an online purchase to ask about my pickup options. I am so glad I did! I made 5 phone calls and EVERY single call was answered and then immediately disconnected. What kind of retailer hangs up on their customers without saying a single word????? One that I prefer not to deal with. STAY AWAY! Too bad you cant give ZERO stars...

Went there to look at washer and dryers. First impression, deserted. Sales person on their phine instead of talking to customers. The price of the washer and dryer is actually not cheaper than regular sears store, feels like they jack up the "original price" to make you feel like you are getting a discount. A total waste of time coming here. Save yourself a trip.

These people are incompetent i did a lease it and had to call the store 20 times just to have them cancel my order....than they cancel it and now i have to wait weeks just to get my money back straight rip off ! Elizabeth cant even return a message or call back what kind of manager is that psh ill make sure i mever buy anything from here ever again!
