I ordered a medium size spray for my aunts funeral and asked to have the ribbon written on to show that it was from my family. There is not a lot of us with the same family surname so it was very important that our surname was on there and correctly spelled. When the delivery was made no one bothered to check because one of the stickers fell off. The owner called to credit $25 for the lettering..... that doesnt fix the fact that this was a very sensitive situation and designer and delivery personnel need to double check all orders. They definitely took down all the information correctly and was more than happy to charge me in seconds but they couldnt have the decency to send someone out to fix the arrangement or called a local vendor that they worked with to assist. I recommend going with another vendor if you plan to have a tribute spray for your loved ones funeral.

I had placed an order with TeleFlora to have an arrangement delivered to My Mom yesterday for her 60th Birthday. They not only sent an arrangement that looked like a beginner florist put it together but it looked nothing like what was ordered. I called Teleflora and told them I wanted the correct arrangement delivered. 4 hours goes by, I call and AZ Florist says the redelivery was cancelled. So after I get off the phone with them, I called Teleflora back only to find out that the delivery drivers have all gone home but it would have to be redelivered today on 6/20, the day AFTER her birthday. Teleflora agreed to an upgrade and a partial refund. Today her flowers were delivered and STILL look NOTHING like the picture. I will place my floral orders from a local florist in Avondale next time. Shame on you guys!! How hard is it to follow a damn picture?!?!?!

I would not recommend for any one to buy from this flower shop, specially not the, "100 Red Roses". I was really upset, because I expected it to be exactly how they advertised it on their website. I had them deliver it for an anniversary to my girlfriends school, and it was terrible because it looked like they just threw the flowers in there on the base. The red roses were skinny and just not like the picture. Very disorganized, and it was just embarrassing to have my girlfriend see it and that i had to take it back. My girlfriend told me that the delivery driver even told her that he helped out by just throwing in the roses when she approached him to take it back. This is a terrible shop in which they just focusbon the money instead of customer satisfaction. If i can post a picture the arrangement i happily will. Do not buy from this shop !

Surprise bouquet of flowers just because from my Hubby were delivered to my office! After the initial excitement and adoration wore off, I noticed the bouquet was very sparse (lots of leaves) and the flowers were dying. I notified my husband and sent him a picture. He knew what he spent and wasnt happy with his purchase. He immediately called in, they apologized, were very kind hearted and assured us they have a fresh flower guarantee and a new bouquet would arrive the following day. Indeed, they delivered next day and the NEW bouquet was gorgeous, full, and abundant in color! First delivery was dead within three days. Second delivery is still alive and blooming now on its seventh day on my desk at work! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

My sister had ordered flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before mothers day for our mother. They were supposed to come to my house where my mom was staying for the weekend while my sister was out of town. Saturday came and went, no flowers. She gets a call from some driver on Sunday morning that they had to be re-delivered and that they had tried to deliver them 3 times Saturday. THE DELIVERY DRIVER LIED! They didnt try once to deliver them I was home all day. You cant even park in front of my house with my dogs freaking out, there is no way in hell that I missed the delivery or 3. My sister and I are going to call tomorrow, Ill update after that!

I ordered some flowers from AZ Florist to have them delivered last Friday. I usually like to pick flowers myself, but Nancy was very helpful and the bouquet she helped me with was fantastic. This particular arrangement was for my Mother-in-law. She loved them and was quite surprised. The delivery driver went above and beyond. When he came to the door no one was answering. Instead of leaving them at the door in the heat he called me so I could get someone to accept delivery. I definitely recommend AZ Florist.

Always a pleasant experience with the staff at Arizona Florist. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that you and your receipient are taken care of at all times. Now as for the flowers and arrangements....all I can say is WOW! They are always a beautiful masterpiece! I highly recommend Arizona Florist no matter where in the country you are sending flowers due to the fact that they hold the florists that they deal with else where to the same HIGH STANDARD that they hold themselves to!

Order sent at 9AM, flowers not delivered until 8PM on Valentines Day... tried calling them around 6PM after getting an email from them twlling me my flowers had been delivered at 4:45PM: no answer, ran out to get flowers as I did not think they would deliver. The bouquet i got for ~50 usd total was not great, the lady who delivered it was very nice but 8PM is too late to be knocking on peoples doors. Next time I will just run out to get a better bouquet for cheaper.

Well the first time i went here was for mothers day the service was great, today i rushed across town so i cold surprise my wife with more flowers pulled in at 5:50 thinking yes i just made it! Considering the store supposed to be open until 6pm just to have them literally lock the doors and turn the light off on me as i was walking up. I know its friday ladies but i literally drove 15 miles to buy flowers from your shop. I thought i had 10 minutes.

I trust Arizona Florist with gifts for my family, loved ones and my business clients. They give great customer service and the flowers always arrive on time. Their flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged and at a reasonable price. Often when ordering flowers to be delivered you dont get to see the arrangement in person. Arizona Florist is a great choice for any occasion. I used them for my wedding and they went above and beyond for me.
