I happened to be at Roadrunner Florist when Tina was designing the flowers for Jessica, the lady who posted a negative review here on google. I dont know why she would say what she did, because the arrangement was so pretty I had her design one for me, too. I took mine with me to give to my girlfriend and the other one was given to the delivery driver while I was in the shop. Tina called me the next day and said Jessicas boyfriend complained that there was only 1 red rose in the arrangement (I happen to know there were 3). She said she offered to pick up the flowers and replace them with a dozen red roses (gee, that was really a nice offer since there were only 6 roses in the arrangement in the first place!) and he didnt want that. Then she told me he didnt even know where the flowers were! First he said he had them, then he said his girlfriend had them, and then he said she had taken them home. Well, let me tell you what I think. I think the flowers I took to my girlfriend were perfect. There were red roses, pink roses, lilies, those little white flowers and a really pretty round glass container with a silver rim. I couldnt be happier. I think this guy just didnt want to pay for his girlfriends flowers. To give Roadrunner Florist a 1 star review is completely unfair. These ladies work really hard and they do a great job! I know. Ive been a customer for about 15 years and I would never go anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Tina at Roadrunner is the best! All of the positive comments and attention to detail made me select them for my Phoenix area gift basket delivery. I could not be happier than I did! After placing the order via email, they contacted me the morning of delivery by phone, were as pleasant as could be, asked if I wanted extra snacks added to the basket (did NOT charge me extra), and wanted to make sure someone would be home to pick it up because it is 100 degrees in PHX. The called the recipient and let them know when they were on the way, delivered the basket first thing in the morning, and did it all in a pleasant, helpful and cheery manner. I cannot say enough good things. The basket they delivered was packed full of great stuff and even exceeded the picture online. Ive ordered a lot of gift baskets and have high standards. When I dont live in the area and am not familiar with local vendors I always feel a bit nervous. Finding Roadrunner made me feel 100% better. I will use them again and tell everyone I know to do the same. I will also try them for a floral delivery because word is their stuff is first rate! Thanks, Roadrunner, for making my experience so stress-free and successful!

Can I say Ive had a worse experience with a florist....no. My boyfriend sent anniversary flowers and they arrived with a total of 6 flowers in the bouquet...yep, that is correct, 6 flowers with one of them being brown. The whole thing cost $70. When he called to complain they told him I was lying about what I had received even though he had photos. They informed him they would be returning to my work to collect them if he wanted a refund. Are you serious? Youre going to come all the way to my office, after calling me a liar to reclaim your flowers. So to avoid the embarrassment of having to return them in front of my coworkers I now have to drive to their shop, 20 minutes away, and give them back. Well I suppose I didnt want brown lilies sitting on my desk anyway. Word of caution...their bouquets dont look like the photos on their websites and they dont believe in customer satisfaction. I will be posting a photo of this in their public photos. Just take a pass on these guys.

Finally! I have tried florists in phoenix in the past, but the service and flowers/plants were never satisfactory. I wanted to send my parents an anniversary basket and decided to try one more time. I googled florists and Roadrunner Florist and Basket Express came up. I am so glad that I chose them from all the others. I called and talked with Tina. I told her what I wanted and she was SO helpful and kind. The basket was sent and the joy in my moms voice when they received it was so nice for me to hear! Thank you so much Tina for helping me out. Now I have a florist in Phoenix that I can call on for everything! The other thing that was awesome is that I can look on their website in their facebook page and see an actual picture of what they sent!!! It shows that you really care about your customers when you are willing to take the time to take a picture and post it online. That is incredible service!!! Thank you again! Alva from Katy, Texas

Worst customer service ever. My daughters boyfriend tried to have flowers delivered to our house. The set delivery time was between 1 and 2 pm. My neighbor texted me at exactly 1:00 stating that the flower delivery was leaving our house and refused to leave the flowers with her and I would have to pick them up at the store since they would not re-deliver. I arrived at the shop at 1:50 pm through heavy light rail traffic and construction. I stated that it was a major inconvenience to have to pick up the flowers myself and that the young man did not receive what he had paid for to which the butchy sales lady got inches away from my face and screamed, "ARE YOU THREATENING ME? DONT YOU DARE THREATEN ME!" I told her to back off and it is not a threat, just a fact that I will never use them again and I will be sure to make sure every one knows about it!

You ladies are the BEST. Our family ordered all of the flowers for my Mother’s funeral from Roadrunner Florist over the phone, from North Carolina. We had a concern in doing that hoping they would be really nice, but knowing that way we could be sure we would have several complimenting arrangements. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was fresh and beautiful. Drew had all the arrangements delivered early and even helped with setting them up. And providing cold water for us, knowing most of us attending were from out of state and not accustomed to the summer heat was a Blessing. We can’t thank you enough to help make Mom’s funeral service as beautiful as the life she lived. So from all of US we say “THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOU.” And from me, “BE BLESSED”, you were a Blessing for us. Robert Rousay, North Carolina.

After the great experience I had with Roadrunner Florist I had to sit down and write a review. It was a Friday afternoon and that night I would be taking my daughter to the "Daddy-Daughter" dance at school. All week she had been talking about a wrist corsage. I contacted a couple of local grocers and florists but with no success on such short notice. Pamela and Tina came to the rescue with only a couple business hours left in the day. I was able to get to their shop (running late from work) and they were still there with a beautiful corsage and elegantly packaged. I highly recommend going here. It was evident on arrival at the shop that they are true artists and have a wonderful selection of flowers and gift displays. I will be stopping in again sometime soon to surprise my wife with flowers.
