This store has the most worthless, lazy, incompetent employees of any business Ive ever seen. They act like everyone that enters the store is a burden. Not long ago, I asked them to plug their little code detecting thing into my vehicle to see why my check engine light was on. After huffing and puffing for a minute, one guy says, "Ok come on" and we went outside to my vehicle. He plugged it up and said, "thats a dealer only issue . Youll have to take it to the dealership." I asked what it was and again he said, "its a dealer issue." So to get a second opinion, I went to the Advance Auto in Gardendale and the woman plugged my car up. She was very polite and professional. She had a clipboard with a sheet of paper made specifically to write down the codes and give to the customer, which she did. According to the code, the problem was the manifold absolute pressure sensor. (MAP sensor.) I was prepared to buy the MAP sensor but after looking on her computer, she informed me that they didnt have one in stock at that location. So, I went across the street and got it at Auto Zone. This isnt the first problem Ive had with the Advance Auto in Warrior, Alabama and I know quite a few people who have had problems with them as well. I live in Warrior so it would be nice and convenient if the employees werent so dumb, lazy, and rude.

I am a commercial customer I brought them a brake rotor so that i would get the correct one the counter person pulled a part off the shelf then argued saying it was the correct part I get to customers location and it was incorrect I called and the counter person argued with me again then said he would send another to my location he then clocked out and went home never telling anyone in the store of the situation I lost $300 worth of time waiting and dealing with this situation finally had to bring the part back myself I spend on average of $2000 a month at advance auto parts but will no longer use them at all

I was very disappointed at first, the girl that works there, I believe her name is Emily, sold me the wrong parts. I was furious when I brought them back. But after talking with one of the guys there named "cody" I was very happy. He helped me get the parts I needed and they fit with no problems. That younger girl is dense. If anyone goes in there I would recommend asking for Clint, cody or Chris.

Thus one has an old fat white headed man he does not know how to look up parts and I heard him being cold an Indifferent to a man about core charges on his Alternator .then he spoke rude to him and me. I will use the one in Trussville from now on.

Very good store. I had to get parts for my 1982 Iroc camaro and they said that could have them by tommorow and Ill be gosh danged if it wasnt there the the next day, these guys are really good at what they do. But that Emily girl is a idiot
