I live next door as well. It matters who is working the counter. Ive actually been able to get them to go in back and get drinks that they forgot to put in the fridge kiosk.they did this gratuitously. That is the main problem there however. When they run out of an item, you may never see it again. Even if it is a hot seller. They go around with those inventory computers, but the system does not work well. This is because they are lazy when it comes to item shelving. For instance, they might skip putting one flavor of Vitamin Water on the shelf entirely one month and decide to go two rows of the same color. Another example was the turkey sausage & eggwhite, whole wheat english muffin sandwiches. Instead of preheating them and putting them in the heat lamp box with the others, they attacked them with the cold lunch sandwiches with the notion that people who really want them will put them in the microwave. There is no sign that explains this so no one bought them except myself. They were gone forever within two months because I guess the system decided not to reorder them. They dont even have whole wheat bagels. I actually emailed their 7-11 rep. He sent me a canned message and never responded to my followup. The main issue is that they are franchised and not directly owned by 7-11. Putting reviews like this up will hopefully get corporates attention if they are savvy enough.

What ever happened to hello, thank you or even talking to the customers. I live next to this hell hole and they dont say a word when they ring you up. The employees are the rudest ever! they are busy talking on their cell phones when they ring you up and dont even look at you! I hate this place

Its 7 eleven not a 4 star restaurant. They have everything you need. The parking is limited and getting out of the parking lot can be a pain if they are busy.
