They have everything their for a high price. The chinese guy gets suspicious of you if you even bend over and the chinese lady follows you. Then a lady was walking around the store shopping always in the same aisle im in then i came back to return something 5 minutes later and the "shopper" was behind the desk and said we dont do returns

They do not close at 9. The sign on the door says they close at 8:50. In actuality, they close even earlier, perhaps 8:40. I came there at 8:42 and the door was locked and they wouldnt let me in. If you are going to any "local" beauty store, I recommend you coming in 30 mins before the time the store is actually supposed to close.

They helped me buying the wig that Ive been looking for! Actually, they didnt carry it in their inventory, but I asked them if they could ordered for me cause I really needed it for my drama class, and they did it for me. Thank you and I will come back for next time!

Great selection. I went to 5 stores and they didnt have the brand or color that I wanted. As soon as I walked in one assisted me with what I was looking for. The woman at the register was equally accommodating.

I hated, worst customer experience. Cold and rude to customers. Just returned a wig and they refused to exchange but the way they said was so cold.At least have some customer etiquette.

They sell defective wigs and then give you a hard time when you ask for an exchange or refund! They have the worst customer service ever! Worst Beauty Supply in the area. Stay away!
