Peace and LOVE

I hate hate Walgreens on Dunn ave, across from Wells Fargo,they filled my script on a Monday, I didnt pick it up till Thursday, so the next month, they would not fill it when it was due 4 weeks later on a Monday, a 30 day fill, saying since I waited last month until Thursday, they wont fill it until that Thursday, which meant I was out of my meds, and that was 34 days I had to wait!, even though my doc script is for 30 days!!!!, they said they go by the day u pick it up!, thats crazy, it should go by when my Doc says I need them which is every 30 days, these pharmacy tech clerks think they are GODS, and treAt u like CRACK HEADS!,I took my script went to CVS, it was filled in 30 minutes!, Bamn

Been taking my prescription here for 6 months because my insurance doesnt pay for it and they are the only ones who always have it. Today after dropping it off before 9 am and them requiring more information yet again, they call me at almost 4 pm saying because they dont take my insurance they will not fill it. So now I go and finally find my meds and guess what have to pay for it still since my insurance doesnt pay for it. Pharmacy manager Bill is and a$$.

I was on hold a hour bad business . To top that they lied told me my script was ready I paid a cab $20.00 to bring me to get it and I got there and they tell me they can only give me 20 pills out of 128 pills. This was on a Friday I cant get the rest til Monday .

When I arrived there was only 1 person ahead of me at the drive thru. It was strange she was just sitting there 5 min I noticed she gave what appeared to be her prescription. As I arrived at the window I had to press the call button twice. I still had to wait...

Looks like it might be sketchier than it actually is. Weird mix of people from the neighborhood and bedroom the hospital (including patients) definitely could use a restoration project but still accomplishes what Walgreens does.

I have never had such a hard time getting a prescription filled in my life. All I was trying to do was transfer it from Tallahassee to Jacksonville. It took 1/2 hour and 5 people! Never again!

Dropping off/Picking up Prescriptions here can be an all day affair! The close proximity to the Hospital may be the contributing factor, either way prepare for a wait.
