Customer service is not so great. To make a payment, if a sale is being made no one cares about the other customers currently in the store you would literally have to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to process a payment when something as simple as that which can be done while servicing another customer who has something that can be handled since there is a hold with there service. Multitasking wasnt apart of training. Employees just stand there waiting on hold for another sprint Rep to further assist them for the same amount of time frame I myself or anyone else can get assisted with something aside a simple payment. Ive been into this location frequently and only because its convenient from my job and always the same issue.

The workers we so kind and easy to talk to. They passed out water bottles to every customer in the store. They were all playful and funny, yet very professional. They are very attentive, and do their job really well. After buying our phones, we had to return the next day because one of the Iphones was having problems, and they were very quick, and nice. They fixed the phone and we were out of the store within 5 minutes! I am so glad I chose this Sprint location!

Anthony the salesman was very nice and patient. He even called the insurance company and for guy on my behalf to get my phone within 24 hours and he also processed and submitted all required paperwork. The manager was also very kind and understanding. Super nice guys!!

Simply the best Sprint store Ive ever been to. All employees were extremely polite, and even offered free drinks to all the customers. The managers were also very helpful fixing my previous issues!
