They call and ask for your name when checking on prescription info. Then they ask you to "verify" your birthday and personal info. BAD policy. Never verify ANYTHING personal over the phone. You are just asking to be a victim of identity fraud. I even asked the pharmacy rep if he would give his birthdate over the phone to some random person claiming to be from somewhere like CVS without knowing or being able to prove if he was actually from CVS. He said he wouldnt give out his personal info either. Be careful. These days anyone will call you claiming to represent any company trying to get personal information for identity theft.

All chain pharmacies are pretty much the same. Long lines and it seems like most of the time they are understaffed. The CVS in tujunga however, has some people who actually acknowledge you and do their best. there is a pharmacist named Vaughn and he has always been great to me. He is very through with the time he takes to answer all my questions.

Literally the worst pharmacy. They never understand what Im asking for and usually manage to mess things up. What was a 32 dollar Prescription at cvs was a 3 dollar Prescription at wal mart. Never going back.

Decent service. They are usually quite busy but I re-order over the phone using the automated system so my prescription is always ready when I get there. Saves everyone time and effort.

Go to ride aid if u dont like CVS then every one in tujunga has nonething better to do than complain get a life
