My favorite coffee shop so far. When I get the chance to come here I take not living to far from it but I have to drive 15 min out of my way as I head to work but on days where I have the time I take it. Friendly service and even on busy day I feel like I dont wait to long as when at Starbucks on a busy day Ill sometimes be waiting 20 min. Loved this place before I moved away for 5 years and now am so happy to have it back in my life.

Place has really been going downhill. Walked in today to a full shop with what looked like a moms club. Cashier helped people out of order, then once my order was in, 4 drinks were put out for people behind me in line. Ironically they were all for these moms in there. When I asked about my coffee he said "oh shoot". No apology even attempted, and my drink tastes like crap. I dont think Ill be making my weekly ritual stop there anymore.

I give the place 4 stars because theyre bomb but the nasty snotty bitches that work here are very particular about how they talk to each customer. With barely any friendliness and spoken to with an attitude the people behind us were greeted with a smile and high five. The next people were greeted with a "Take your time". Word to the owners about your business being shown as professional isnt happening.

Ive been wanting to try this place and I wasnt disappointed by the coffee it was delicious! I want to come back but the customer service was lousy. Walked in and the employees where sitting and chilling so they seemed pretty annoyed We came in. Right off the bat we where ignored even after saying thank you twice the blonde girl who took our order flat out ignored us.

First time here and the staff was very friendly! We got the Haole Menehune (sp?) and Bad Ass latte, both were delicious. They have free WiFi and we were able to sit at the table for a few hours to get some work done, it was quiet and cozy. Theres a TV playing movies and ano overall chill vibe. I will like to come back and try their Acai bowls one day.

Coffee was good, nothing exceptional, prices were within the range of any big coffee chane, but at a almost 90.degrees outside, they should make sure the ac is on and it feels fresh inside. The idea of a coffee shop, to me, is to not only to enjoy of the coffee and company, but also the environment. Otherwise, i can always make coffee at home.

Some of the best coffee in the area. Its hard to find a pure Kona coffee in a retail coffees hop, and Badass does not disappoint. Great flavor profile and baristas who have the skill to prepare the product. Friendly environment with easy access on and off the freeway for commuters.

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming and friendly. The coffee is perfectly roasted. Not too strong and not too light. Smooth and silky. Every cup Ive ever purchased from here has been gratifying. Only complaint.... I wish they had more locations

My favorite coffee shop. I come often and I am greeted by name. I love most of their drinks, especially with half the flavor (half as sweet). They have great food too, friendly staff, and the merch and atmosphere are unbeatable. It feels like youre at a luau on the beach in Hawaii.
