The website says that they open at 8 and I called the place because obviously it didnt look like it was open and the lady that answer the phone was rude and disrespectful. All I wanted to do was donate some stuff. But honestly not worth the disrespect. Im so disappointment in the lack of customer service.

Always a good experience. Staff is courteous & helpful. I usually visit about once a month and get about 10 to 12 books at a time. I return the books Ive read when I buy more. Love this store as I love reading & also take my grandkids on occasion & let them close books for themselves.
