I walked into the store on 7/27/2017 and placed an order for delivery on 8/8/17. The lady who took my order was friendly and had a great disposition. She even offered a coupon with my order. Fast forward to 8/8/17 my delivery driver was supposed to come between 10-12. I even gave instructions to call when outside. At 12:15 my package still hadnt been delivered. I called the store and she called the driver and the driver said that he would be there in 15 minutes. 1 hour passed and he called me and said it would be an additional 30 minutes. Needless to say Im very disappointed with my delivery. Especially when there is $15 charge to drive 5 miles.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My husband tried to surprise me with a delivery from this location and they never sent it. Not only that, but they called me instead of him to let me know the delivery wasnt going to be done. So they also ruined the surprise. So when I called to see what was going to be done, they said nothing...they said they were going to give me a refund, but that never showed on the account...So now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge...All while my sweet husbands sweet gesture got ruined. Ive never been so disappointed and sad about what was supposed to be a sweet and romantic gesture.

I had a horrible experience with this store. First I ordered at 8:00 in the morning. My step mother didnt get it until almost 8:00 that night. When I called to inquire about my order the person on the phone was rude. So I relaxed and just waited. Called back and La something answerd the phone. Hood

Worst customer service. They delivered bad/moldy fruit and an incorrect order and wouldnt reimburse or replace unless I personally took in the moldy arrangement.

They were really friendly at this store . The store had close but I was still able to purchase, they did not kick me out . Will recomend :)
