They constantly say Im not in their system that i havent dropped off a prescription when a lady held onto my prescription paper. Wich i dont even think they are aloud to do.. Said they ordered my medication the day i dropped off.. Has been half a week and they havent even ordered it yet.. They had told me they had 2/3 of my medicines n i just had to wait for 1 then they tell me they dont have none in stock... Terrible service I have nerve damage n have sever pain from a car accident and theyve been saying theyve been ordering it for a month now and nothing.. They shudve just told me they couldnt get it so i cuda gone else where.. WORST CHSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. HOMESTLY THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TOO. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! Dont come here get ur prescriptions ELSE WHERE!

Lets just all agree that every CVS pharmacy sucks. Ill start there. That being said, I continue filling my prescription at this particular pharmacy for two reasons: The people who work at places, even crappy places, make all the difference. They are actually really nice here and theres this one lady who is super fast on the register and will toggle between two to help one person while the other computer is finishing the transaction. Plus, they always tell you "thanks for waiting." Its a little thing but its nice. The other reason is that this store is next to a drive thru Starbucks and Sprouts.

Had a prescription dropped off on Thursday and they told me it would be ready to pick up on Saturday. Went in Saturday and they told me they didnt have it in stock so Id need to come back Wednesday. Went in Wednesday and they told me they didnt get a notification to order my medication so I would need to come back Friday. Called later to make sure they actually did order it and they told me theyre still working on it. This might be the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with.

i wish i could give no stars. not only do you wait incessantly once youre there - you do even if you call ahead or drop off the prescription the day before. bad attitude always from the staff. i wish i didnt have to go here ever, but it is close to my parents residence. of course, ive seen this pretty consistently in all CVS locations. thats why i moved my prescriptions to another place that is the polar opposite of this dreadful excuse for a pharmacy.

If youre friendly to them they will reciprocate "usually". I always wait for the automated phone call letting me know my prescriptions are ready before I go stand in the intolerably long line to pick them up. Unfortunately CVS is the only game in town on my insurance "preferred provider" list so I go there. I guess its worth the wait to save a few dollars since Im on a fairly limited income.

Truth Cannot Be Harmed

Frequently get things terribly wrong. Frequently out of incredibly common medications. Only send your prescription here if they are not at all important and you dont really need them.

Very nice staff!! They messed up one of my prescription orders but quickly fixed it and apologized. Not that I was angry but to me it was A-1 service.......great experience!

every time i need to drop of a prescription it takes about 30 minutes to stand in line, stuff is very slow and they dont care for customers Im changing pharmacy.

The lines are long, service is horrible while pharmacy employees are on personal calls. I had to get my prescription transferred out of there.
