Cold overcast day on Alki. Were some of the few to brave the beach today. Tried to go in to buy a six pack and cashier (owner?) would not let me bring my bike inside. I explained that I had used my lock to lock up my familys bikes and did not have a lock and offered to leave my bike by the front door. He refused. The place was dead, I dont understand what the problem was. He was kinda rude about it as well. Unfortunately, in a place that is usually so busy you can probably get away with horrible customer service and still do good business. Oh well...

When buying milk I was charged much more than the listed price, and when I pointed out the discrepancy, I was loudly verbally abused. I politely took the cashier back to the price tag for clarification (ignoring the shouts), and there was no mistake...I was overcharged. Regardless of this clear labeling, I was told I was wrong, however many shouts and much hand waving later I was offered a refund. Ive never been so poorly treated as a customer. Please never patronize this establishment.

The manager was impatient, I found lots of moldy foods (some partially eaten), many of his products are stale and over priced, and he has forgotten to give back change multiple times. Thankfully Im on top of it. He also gets angry when someone checks out during a Seahawks game.

Overpriced tiny convenience mart, %300 markup and nothing priced untill you hit the register. On top of that they have the nerve to add 50 cents on every debit purchase under 10 bucks. Will not be going back.

Definitely high places for generic labels and not a lot of selections. He makes out only because hes the only store of this kind around.
