Customer service is alive and well here. They have a great selection of kayaks, but even better, they have DREW. He helped me choose the right kayak for my ability level and the type of kayaking I want to do. He was patient and kind with my endless questions. On top of that, I was about to pay a steep delivery fee to get the kayak to Olympia, but he figured out a way to get it on top of my pickup truck/camper shell and it arrived safe and sound. I had never even heard of Port Gamble, but its a cute little town with lots to see and do. I will definitely be back for kayak #2 soon!
