Terrible experience and I will never go back. I first went on the recommendation from a friend to mount Salomon bindings by hand (no jig exists for the binding), so I knew it would be a difficult task. When I first walked in, I was ignored by the staff who were too busy playing with AirSoft guns to acknowledge me while I stood in the middle of the store with my skis, bindings, and boots in hand. After a couple of minutes, I approached the counter and had to interrupt their bullshit session to get help. After agreeing to mount the bindings, they "checked the back" and said it would be a while because "that had a lot of work." Since the shop was 2 hours from my house, we arranged a time 1 week later that I would be passing through town and could pick them up again. One week later, I called before dropping in on the shop to confirm they were done, and they hadnt even started. They again blamed their "ton of work" and being short on staff, etc. I reluctantly agreed to return 4 days after my original pickup date, which required a total independent trip to pick them up When I did finally retrieve my gear, the bindings were not mounted where I had specified on the ski, the tune what not what I had requested, and my DIN number was not set in accordance with the manual. If you want good customer service and a good final product, do not go here for any equipment work.

This place is great as a ski and snowboard shop. I cant speak for other sports gear they provide, but I feel their prices are pretty competitive. Great and very helpful staff that answered all my questions and let me know when the best times are to visit for rentals and when to avoid busy days on the mountains. Rental prices are also fairly competitive compared to shops at or near the mountains. I definitely recommend checking this place out if youre in skiing season before going up one to Stevens or Crystal.

I have never been to a store that is so consistently rude and NOT helpful at all. Thats OK though because none of their merchandise is worth the price theyre asking (/sarcasm off). I always say Ill never go here again and this time I really mean it! Big five has WAY better prices as does the Internet and the Internet has a better selection anyway so my reasons to go here are... well, I dont have any.

Yes Kitsap Sports is actually open. Kitsap Sports has been open since 1954 and is still open to this day. Please take the "this place is permanently closed" off of Google Maps search for Kitsap Sports

Ive felt with Kitsap sports off and on for airsoft stuff since 2011 or so. Always friendly and a great place to get info or technical assistance.

Politely answered questions and helped out when I needed it. Selection of equipment is limited to a few popular sports (skiing, baseball, etc.)

The service I experienced here was not pleasant, the staff was quite unprofessional and had little knowledge of what they were doing.

Terrible service. If you want to be shunned by teenagers who think they are too important to help you, go here.
