Can i give it zero stars? Just a hint: when a customer calls in to ask if you carry a type of liquor and your employee answers 1. impatiently and 2. "I dont have time to go looking for something if you arent down here in the store", chances are that person on the phone will never step foot in your store and will advise all friends to avoid you as well. Why would someone show up to be treated rudely in person, when they can just call the liquor store up the road from yours and get real customer service. Why even answer your phone, if you seriously have enough foot traffic coming in to keep your business afloat?

Price tag on shelf never matches what shows up on the register. But be careful not to ask why or else the woman clerk will yell at you and the male clerk will get in your face as if he was going to hit you. And whatever you do, dont ask for a refund unless you want money thrown at you and to be called names. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
