07-02 2017 , Me and my wife was at the store to pick up our lost item ( my Green Card) as someone who found it in the store Send me a message on Facebook. I talk to the associate in the custome service and she acknowledges that they did found my Green card and went to find her store manager to help us. This lady who claim her herself as a manager ASM AJKA come to us, instead of helping she tries to avoid the situation as if we are lying. We was extremely rude to me and my wife and ask us to leave the store without finding my document. She even yell at the associates who are trying to help us finding our stuff. She had created very unfriendly environment inside walmart store at Chantilly. Associates scared to help and give more time to thier customers because of her. I hope walmart company take this complain seriously and improve customer service at Walmart at chantilly. Nobody would like to shop at the store where their personal belongings are not safe and manager is NOT helpful at all locating it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. They convinced me to apply for one of their credit cards so I could "get 25 bucks off my purchase" I agreed. Although I shouldnt have because its a scam. The cashier entered all my information incorrectly, which then caused a whole confusing situation where I was sent to customer service desk. Not only were the employees at the desk unhelpful, they were rude. I then was told to call an 800 number to get everything sorted out. While I was on the phone, they left me standing there with no idea what to do and a cart full of groceries I hadnt paid for. In the end I wasted an hour of my day and didnt even get the 25 bucks off. They truly do not care for the customer. Hands down worst experience Ive ever had. Will not be shopping here again.

Overall, its a decent enough Walmart. The problem is that Ive now had multiple instances where I purchased a game or game system there and opened it to find nothing inside... it took two days for them to rectify this as they couldnt believe that someone could plastic wrap something back up. The game system involved a lot more work to get my money back (police, credit card company, etc...) and this location was not helpful at all. So to summarize, if you shop there and get normal stuff, its just fine. If you buy games or dvds there, open them at the register to verify they have the correct item inside. And dont order things online to pickup in the store or you risk getting scammed like I did and going through a multi month process to get your money back.

It took 1 1/2 hours to return 3 things. I had to leave with out finishing. I am hyperventilating just thinking about going there again. I still have to go back and finish my returns. I went in one time to get a money order, and return a few things. I was in there from 9:15 to midnight. I wanted to cry. They dont know what they are doing in there. They dont follow the Walmart policy that Walmart has set, ie 90 days, and quality. The manager of Customer Service is from India, and I think he thinks of woman as inferior. This is America. There is never enough help in there, and they are poorly trained. And why are there are only about 5% Americans working there? Is it equal opportunity? For shame Walmart.

I have been going to Walmart in Chantilly since it opened. The staff and the manager are wonderful and the return section works very hard to help the return item customers, when I take something back the most Ive waiting is 10 minutes, usually about 4-6 minutes. I have to remember if I am going in the rush hours everything gets a little slower. I think you get what you give, the staff is nice to me and I am nice to them. When something is missing or not on shelves I mentioned to the person in charge of section or the manager and the next time I am at the store the product is on the shelf. I enjoy shopping at the Chantilly Walmart.

A disgusting store. Smells horrendous and unhelpful staff. Way to small. I cant go shopping between 2 and 10 because workers are stocking in extremely cramped aisles. Sometimes there will be up to 3 stockers in ONE AISLE! Speaking of the aisles...they are extremely unorganized. Its as if the stickers just throw the merchandise in the general vacuity of were they are SUPPOSED to be on the shelves and its a pain to find what Im looking for. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

At this location, items will usually not ring up the price they say on the shelf and employees are very difficult and stingy about changing the price for the customer even if its just a few cents and the mistake is clearly the staffs fault. The most recent time this happened, I was told by the employee that I need to look at the price label that is to the LEFT of the merchandise, not directly below it for the correct price. Very strange interaction.

The customer service is terrible here. Some or most employees I come across in here are very rude and disrespectful. They walk around store texting and talking on cell phones have no clue where anything is. The management is terrible here they lied right to my face about a price of a product and after calling the corporate number and making a complaint she called them and they hung the phone up on her.

I gave Walmart 4 stars because its Walmart, there are tons of people long lines and you will find nearly anything in there. This one is cleaner than some I have been in but not the cleanest and its has grocery as well. Over all its a pretty good experience. With finding everything I needed and the check out person spoke perfect English I walked up and I was only second in line.

This is my local, drive to it in 5 minutes, Walmart store. I can typically get in and out in less than 10 minutes most days. It has Walmart stuff. It isnt Neiman Marcus. It isnt Whole Foods. There are things Walmart does well and for these things this is a good Walmart. The only problem with it is parking when the Dulles Expo Center has events. Those days , I stay away

Pharmacy shelves are in disarray bc of changes, service at cashier very slow. Took 25 min. To check out! I had a good experience w/service at pharmacy. Very efficient. Food section is a mess. No cooked chicken left at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. Many shelves left empty w/residue of sugar and flour on shelves! NOT WELL MANAGED.

This is a pretty good Walmart as Walmarts go. Its clean and well organized. The staff is not super friendly or helpful (thats the expectation in northern Virginia). My only real complaint is that the lines can get long. Especially if you try to return something. They need more people at customer service.

I LOVE this Walmart. It usually isnt as crowded as the other ones, except on day that the Expo Center (right next to it) has big shows. It has everything the other Walmarts do, just less crowds and lots of parking. I drive out of my way to come to this one, even though I live closer to others.
