Ive been doing business at PostalMasters for over 6 years and have never had a problem with them. You need to realize that if you ship something from there, it might cost a little more, but its a convenience store. You also need to understand that the carriers pick up the packages/letters and THEY deliver them, so if your letter did not make it to the UK, then blame/call the Post Office. The guy at PostalMasters is not Santa, he does not close up at night and deliver the packages/letters, the appropriate carriers pick them up and deliver them. And a smile? Really?? He is the nicest guy around, maybe you caught him on a bad day, like the day the person complained about paying 0.81 cents more for convenience...

I get there at 6:45 pm to mail a letter. YES they close at 7 . I stood there waiting for him to be doen with the person in there. They were done right at 658pm . So they walk out and i walked up . I greeted him with " hi ,how are you" His response was " lets go .hurry up were closed come on " . So I sinply said , I am sorry I will go . I turned around and walked out well he was say more stuff . My point is when you have customers , and you are running out of time . Just tell them . Dont be rude or nasty about it . Simply say " sorry sir , this my last customer for the night , we are closing "

Went in 2 weeks ago to return a book by USPS and asked for cheapest service. Was quoted 13.00 by new owner for a book that was 9.00. Went to the P.O. down the mall and paid 3.00. This new guy is not playing fair. I worked in shipping and know the services offered by the USPS and I am guessing Postal Master was trying to get me to pay for over night. Bad business practice. Former owner was great. What a shame that its these stunts that make ppl not support the small business.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Mailed my mom a dress and a very expensive purse. The idiot working charged $21 for shipping which wasnt even expedited and my mom never got the package because the idiot put the wrong number on the address. I will go back, I will speak with management, and I will make them overnight my package for free if they can find it. Im so embarrassed that they are even a business. Somehow I rated them a 1 star but they should be less than a negative!!!!!

I love the convenience of this place because there is never a line and they keep all of my information in the computer. I frequently ship internationally and dont have to bother filling out a customs form since Postal Masters does it all through the computer. Ive also never had an issue with my packages reaching the destination and the employee always asks me to verify the addresses he input before sending.

Poor track record of delivery. Lot more expensive than USPS and shipments are notorious for not reaching their destination. Send a birthday card to the UK over two weeks ago, still hasnt arrived. Not the first time this has happened either. Service with a smile would also be nice, especially since some competition has opened up in the form of USPS. But no, never really feel like an appreciated customer there.

We went into this establishment to ship a package to New Jersey, the cost was about $10.00 more than UPS, it was not the cost that we had a concern with, it was the customer service, the gentleman did not greet us and basically had the attitude that he didnt need our business, we left and went to UPS and got superb customer service and will continue to take our business to UPS

Love Postmasters!!! You never have the long line like the post office and you can drop anything off there...USPS, UPS, FEDEX. I will always come here before the post office! The man that works there is always friendly and always has a smile on his face!! Thank you Postmasters, you have a customer for life!!!

the idea is good but I mailed something that only cost 1.19 at the post office but here cost 2.00. Plus, I shipped it over three weeks ago and the peace corps still havent received it from me. So unreliable and more expensive. doesnt make sense! never going back here.

I love this place - use it all the time for my business even though the post office is closer. I love the owner and the options he offers. I have been using him for 6 years without issue. He also makes copies of keys!
