I called to see if they had a specific part and the guy I spoke to said I had to come in to the store to look at their selection. I was very specific in what I needed and the whole reason I was calling was to save myself a wasted trip to the store. His response was literally "uh.. we have a lot of different varieties. youll have to come in and take a look for yourself." Really? Useless! I cant speak for their customer service once you get there, but Ill never go there to find out. Thanks for nothing, man. So frustrated right now! How hard could it be to look it up in your system that I know you have at your disposal. Totally worthless. You just lost a customer.

Their parts are horrible. They have the worst brakes and rotors. They are not Original spec for your car. Do not get fooled by the cheap parts at this place. The rotors for example are significantly thinner than OE brake rotors. The same with Autozone, they will sell you crappy parts and charge you retail for them. They call their brakes ceramic, but in reality, you cant even see the ceramic on them. Its more like a spec of ceramic and the rest is metal. Bad cheap parts. Do yourself a favor, do not buy parts from Advance or you will regret it.

Not sure what Lee is talking about below in terms of service. I go here on a regular basis and these guys are very very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. Its obvious that they all work on their own cars and have a genuine interest in cars. I have not run into a bad employee. They are always willing to help me find parts, or see if they can order them. Their parts selection is decent for the size of the their store. Parts can be a little more expensive than Autozone, but the convenience and service keeps bringing me back.

Completely disorganized. Only come here if you need something in an emergency. I made an online order the day before I came to the store, and when I arrived, they had not even started pulling my items yet. Now, they are telling me that they dont even have one of my items, even though their system says it is in stock and I can either wait for 45 minutes for them to process a refund or they can order it for me and I can pick it up in a few days.

I called in advance to check and see if they have a certain color plasti dip (I wanted to make sure before I made the drive out there). The guy who answer me says " hell yea man, just got them in on Tuesday (2 days ago). Only to find out once I arrived that not only do they not have it, THEY DONT EVEN CARRY THAT COLOR!!! Wasted my time and worse of all waste of gas just because someone didnt even bother to check the shelf/computer.

This store is awful. Nothing about it is good. The people arent helpful. They barely carry any parts over stuff for a basic oil change. No one wants to give you the time of day. Ive asked about basic parts and employees told me they didnt have them. I walked around and ended up finding them. go ANYWHERE else but here.

Go to the one on 50 by giant. This place is lacking knowledge and customer service. Guy at the counter tried to tell me there wasnt a difference between 12mm and 14mm calipers. If you know exactly what you need, it serves its purpose, but if you need the staff for anything, even looking up a part, dont risk it.

They have most things you need. Call ahead if its a specialty item obviously, but if you need something basic they can handle it and the employees that Ive spoken to all are knowledgeable. Biggest draw back is that they are always on the phone so help gets limited.

I mainly come here for things related to small engine work, so they dont have the best selection), but the basics are there. Customer service is generally good. When my car battery died, they lent me the stores jumper pack. Good location for North Arlingtonians.
