I really like this Starbucks because its close to my house and I thought the employees were nice until I heard one talking about the customers. They said, "I really hate it when people talk to me and ask me about how Im doing and try to treat me like they know me. Its not like I care about these people or will ever see them again." What really bothered me was that I was sitting right there and I am one of those customers that is friendly to my local barista and tries to get to know them as a real person and not just as my paid servant. This was all said within my ear shot and it made me feel bad. If you dont like meeting people and being open to more conversation beyond how many shots someone wants in their drink, then dont be in the public eye. It shows how lame people are in Utah that dont know how to make friends with people they meet randomly.

My order was wrong, I ordered white chocolate mocha frapp, they gave me a mocha frapp, well, the barista (she was an older lady) wss upset because I told her my order was wrong, she put the incorrect drink next to her, she then had another girl make my drink, I paid, she then gave the incorrect drink to the next person in line, as a free drink for the other client, not that I wanted the drink, but that just made me feel, unapprecciated.

When I went in around 2pm, it wasnt too busy. I can see how it can be a hot spot because its in a business area. I wouldnt want to come here in the morning or during lunch, just to avoid the rush. Its also a little small and in a corner, so its not easy to get in and out quick. But, they do make coffee quick here and the staff is awesome. Plus, the overall feel and look of this location is unique.

I really like the people at this location theyve always been great. But as of late they seem to be paying a lot more attention to the mobile orders then the people in the store. It took me 25 minutes to get my drink with only one person in front of me in line when I was there, But the mobile orders were stacked up. Hopefully just a short term glitch.

The customer service was f**king awful. I just walked out of there. We walked in & one of the girls says "do you know what you guys want?" My boyfriend asks "do you have HOT tea?" She laughed & looked at him like he was stupid & pointed at the teas. They had the most monotone b*tchy attitudes. Not impressed. Will not return.

Clean, modern environment with tasty drinks, and quick service. However, staff are 50/50. most times i am greeted with a smile and listening ears, but there is more often than i would like a cranky barista at the register who seems to think i am wasting her time. Other than that id totally recommend it

I really liked this location when they first opened; however, know it feels very different. The drinks are still what youd expect, its just now the staff seem less competent in customer service skills, especially listening skills when taking an order.

It is Starbucks. Slightly overpriced and slightly over-roasted and thus bitter coffee. It is OK, almost all of their products have TONS of sugar, so they can hide the sub-par coffee. If the coffee were better, itd be a great place to work remotely.

Great exterior stone, very pretty. Inside is modern and clean. They should have put a window on west side to take advantage of gorgeous mountain view. Service awesome, friendly staff.
