I must say I have been shopping at this location for the past four years and Ive never been as disappointed with this store as I am with them today. I walked in the store at exactly 1:10pm and grabbed four items. 1:20pm....I walked to customer service/returns to have them call for an item that I had order online to be brought to the front. While I was waiting for them to bring my online purchase to the front, I waited in line to purchase my other four items. They only had one register open and I get because the story was that busy. The time stamp on my receipt said 1:29pm. It took 45 mins for me get online purchase from the back holding area, thats only after I had to talk to the manager and she went to get it for me. Again, the store was not busy. So why did it take so long????

Only giving it a 2 instead of 1 because the lady that works in the baby department is amazing and should be a manager. Horrible experience trying to replace my childs car seat. Ordered it in store and was told it would be there within the end of the week. Had to go in 6 TIMES over the past two weeks to see if it had arrived in the store because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES! Was told every single time it was "manifested" okay cuz everyone understand your complicated names of ordering... turns out their overnight crew is incapable of correctly labeling what they unload. Pretty sure it has been sitting on a shelf the past 2 weeks. Will not ever willingly return to this location ...

This place stinks. I have been trying to call for the past 3 days and no answer I have called at all times of the day. I work in a bigger retail and way busier than this store and we can still answer the phone. This store on this side of town is never that freaking busy balls to the wall. Answering the phone is a part of customer service. Maybe yall should try it. This store is a joke I wouldnt go back to this store due to the horrendous customer service Ill take it somewhere else thank you.

30 min wait time the worest experience i ever had shopping on line return items to the store and the said the would put it back on my card guess what. No refund. To my card i have now been waiting over 30mins. No one answer the phone. Come on corporate. You can due better Your tgoing o tell me WAl-Mart. And TARGET. has the best customer. Service

Bad customer service, this is the second time I have experience a problem with this store. Plus they never answered the phone at all. Waited for about 45 mins for a layaway and another person way after me got theirs when I kept waiting. Communication between employees, well there is none. Just bad service!!! Never shopping here again!!!

Bought 2 bikes for Easter and they ruined Easter when my younger kids bike was assembled...lots of problems with their assembly side.very disappointing and now my kids and my holiday has been ruined..maybe they need to apologize to him and answer questions about Easter..not the first time toys r us has disappointed my family

Like another reviewer said, they NEVER answer the phone. They literally hang up on you instead of answering. The number of rings before they hang up on you varies, so its certainly the employees manually refusing to answer calls. Ive tried several different days, and its always the same.

They have a good selection of educational toys. I was able to buy a microscope for my nephew. They had other science kits there. They also had all the popular toys. They also had some robotics kits as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff but oh my parents need to keep their kids by them it was like it was a free for all kids playing with skate boards that they were not even going to buy and poor employee telling them to stop but kids would not listen

Waited 15 minutes by the games, finally went to the front counter, Had to wait 10 minutes for them to come with the wrong game, then again 15 for the correct one finally. Better off at game stop
