I use to like this store and always donate there, but I feel service is getting worse recently, kind of racialist and staff treat customers in different way. Today I saw a lady buying a furniture, she has to move by herself even inside the store, 2 cashiers stand at front, one manager behind, nobody willing to help her, she finally get furniture stuck at the door and asking help badly, the cashiers just pretend not hear and I finally helped her move out of the door. The poor lady I guess is from Asian, I dont know what happened but it looks like one cashier complained about her loudly in front of other customer, which make me feel a chilly, is that the professional way of retail store ? the staff at the store really need to improve their voice tone more polite and pleasant, they treat customers in colored in less polite way just because they are poor and always buy things cheap ? anyway I just dont want to donate more to a store like this.

I LOVE The Resale Shop! Every time I go in, I find something incredible and for a great price. Last time it was a pair of St. John Sport white jeans for $14 and a Brooks Brothers Polo for my husband for $7. The time before it was a like new, original box Cuisinart Food processor. There is something for EVERYONE in this awesome store. AND it supports a great organization.

Did the administration change? At first they used to have a very nice staff, but now they are a bit rude. Thy shouldnt take things for themselves right in front of the customers, especially when the customer had their eye on that item.

Green tag sale: I found me 2 pair of NICE jeans, $1.00 EACH, really nice look like they were never worn. They also have really nice staff. Will definitely be going back :)

The place is good if you are looking for cheap furniture. You might get lucky and get a very good piece at a low rate. They charge 50-60$ for delivery in case you need it.
